Thank you for your comments. Our goal is providing a clean, functional, maintainable home for user. The next level of furniture will get along with next level house, next level maintenances cost and next level prices. We need to have the trade off at certain point. There are a lot of luxury home in Kissimmee so traveler will have a wide range of selection with ease of choice.

Thank you for your comments. We provide a clean functional vacation home to traveler and the home is not very far from all parks. Kissimmee is very crowded during spring break, one way to avoid traffic is stay inside the theme parks.

Thank you for your review and we also thank you for turning off under water pool light after use at night. Most of user let it on for 24/7. We thank you for your understanding between conventional and luxury vacation home. We try to provide clean functional affordable vacation home to reasonable traveler. We promise to keep it up.

The slide door has extra handle which broken two times because the user just wants to pull without unlock the key and nobody want to pay for it. so, we keep to original design. we try to offer CLEAN place because this area is not luxury vacation home. Roku TV have the local and weather channel plus basic and pay channels. Instruction is next to TV. Each viewer program Roku themselves in different way. Some electrical outlets have set/reset relay. Maintenance people come every week if customer need assistance. There are a lot of luxury place in Kissimmee the more you pay the more you will get what you want.

We apologize that your stay was not to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, you also left the vacation home in a state that made it extremely difficult for my cleaning and maintenance staff to prepare for incoming customers. There was damage within the home, missing glass kitchenware, and excessive trash left throughout the home. My cleaning and maintenance staff spent extra time past normal hours repairing, replacing, and cleaning up, all of which cost more than the damage deposit. I personally make sure that everything is properly cleaned and prepared for incoming customers and the grill was cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival. Cleaning supplies, including a broom, mop, and disinfectant, are all located beside the laundry machines so that they are easy to find for customers to use. Additionally, more than 4 people checked into the home, surpassing the maximum occupancy limit and violating the rental agreement. This typically calls for an added charge. However, I decided not to charge. Finally, I received a complaint from my neighbor for excessively loud music, which is not tolerated by the HOA within the community. Again, we apologize that you did not find your stay satisfactory.
