Great place for the family!!!
Great location & layout of the rooms - loved the private MB patio, size of the rooms and overall feel of the villa. Two small things (not enough to drop a whole star but maybe half of one...) The MB bathroom sink & tub were very slow to drain and the beds made a noise like you are sitting on your grandma's couch which was uncomfortable. Regardless we had a great time and would book again 🙂

Everything was accurate very nice plce we were very comfortable ! The only thing i didnt like was that check in was at 4:00pm and i didnt get into my room till 4:40pm which was fusterating bc we drove 10 hrs and were ready to arrive eat and rest . But yet on our check out day i had someone come ring our door bell and we still had 15 mins to get out

Short staffed and terrible neighbors
We had to call security on our terribly loud neighbors on 3 of our 5 nights. Insanely loud music(until 1-2am). They rang our doorbell 4 times after 3am, and were extremely loud on their outdoor patio(right outside our bedroom) until 4:15am. They woke up my 6 year old multiple times, my 10 year old was scared when they were running around ringing doorbells, and none of us got any sleep at all the entire duration of our trip. This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here since 2008, and it has clearly lost all sense of caring.
They were down to just one pool and with a staff that was clearly running short, the one pool was so overcrowded and the staff couldn’t keep up with anything as far as service goes.
Our room was fine and was as advertised. But this facility as a whole has gone so far downhill, it is officially the last time we will ever stay here.
Completely terrible vacation and we won’t be back.

Bahama stay
Nice property, as advertised. I rent a lot of California properties through VRBO where there are usually is a lot of information onsite giving renters "helpful hints," recommended restaurants, location of supermarkets, etc. Also more basic supplies. Here only one garbage bag, one dishwasher soap, a thimble of salt and pepper. Maybe this is the norm in Florida vacation rentals but not in California.

Our own paradise!
This was a beautiful location for my 50th birthday with my mom and daughters. I felt safe that it's a gated resort in a very upscale neighborhood. you definitely need a car to get places but you're only a 10 drive to Disney and 30 minutes to the airport. The staff is very friendly and it looks just like it does in the pictures. I was impressed by the quick responses from the owner after booking and check in. The restaurant is under new management and has very moderate prices with delicious food. We will definitely be staying at this Villa again.
