The condo is arranged to give everyone room to spread out while staying connected. A large living area anchors the home, offering a comfortable place to relax after long park days or quiet mornings in. Access requires an RFID card, which is provided during your stay. Tee times can be arranged separately at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.

IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.

Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (1) vehicle in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

You need to deal with these people!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo at the Reunion Resort & Golf Club. Julie and JB were absolutely amazing to work with. The condo was clean, well kept, in a great location. We could not have asked for better accommodations. As awesome as the condo was and the facilities, the best part of the deal was working with Julie and JB. Not only were communications everything you would hope for, but they give new meaning to the word promptness! Any time we had a question, the answer came within minutes. We have stayed in several VRBO rentals and have had good hosts every time, but none of them come close to Julie and JB. It was such a pleasurable experience. While we would probably not go back to Reunion as the golf courses are private. All I could do is sit on the balcony and watch, we will most definitely explore the possibility of staying at another property run by Julie and JB.
