Good house, some problems
Awesome house and location, check in process was very rocky - no email or communication on how to enter the house, we had to call the help line to figure out how to enter. Also - very annoying that the dishwasher was broken, maintenance could not fix so we had to hand wash all dishes for the long weekend.... very inconvenient.

The space in the house was good for a family of 10. Floors squeak overhead, no garage, roof leaked.
Engineering was not able to connect to the internet for our laptops and the pool was dirty when we showed up. The crew power washed the house while we were in the pool. Beware of new construction going on everywhere. Mgmt was accommodating when the roof leak wet one of the upstairs beds and my husband and I had to move to their hotel. Very nice, but not the same as being with the family in one house. They tried their best to make it up to us and offered to find another house but it was too hard to move 10 people after several days of being there. The construction of these houses is very poor, the floors squeak and the ceiling vent in the front bedroom rattled. The coping around the spa was broken on one corner (forgot to report to mgmt), no garage access and no heat to the spa was a disappointed. The house was well stocked for our cooking needs and centrally located to amenities. Reunion resort was clean and well managed. Food in both restaurants we ate at was good, service was good as well. We booked through VRBO, I would call the resort directly so if you have an issue as we did, they have more flexibility for satisfactory resolution.

Stay
There was no complaints about the resort or rental we stayed in. It was a great location the view was great. Will definitely be staying there from now on. I even have friends and family who now to stay in the same place.

House looks tired
It was a substandard stay. Being a former owner of several properties I would say: Should have been listed at 75% of the price advertised and a notice of construction going on next door. The pictures of the home are gorgeous, yet, upon arrival we found that the pool needs resurfacing, exterior lights were damaged, grill was on, pool table was torn and stained, carpeting was old/tired/gross, movie room seats were in poor shape, foundational crack caused tiles to crack, home next door was under construction so laborers woke us up at 7am with loud music you could hear through several walls, exterior stucco looks weathered and quality looks low,walls were touched up from visible damage and painted wrong color, addressed concerns with Kelsey from management company and she said someone would contact me.... they never did.

Nice property is great location!
The property was clean and appeared as advertised. The property manager was attentive and professional regarding an issue we had during our stay. We would book this property again in the future.
