I am in the process of investigating with my team what happened, because we never got any message from you, we were only aware of the situation when we were informed by Hotels.com that you were relocated. We called them and tried to understand what happened and reverse the situation and they informed it was not possible anymore. Andrea, we don't understand the reason why you made this false review. Yes, you had an issue with door code that was solved in 10 minutes (at 1am in the morning, when you arrived). You sent us a message reporting problems 4 days after your checkin (1 day before your checkout day). The message was not clear so we came immediately to the property to check and fix any issue. Unfortunately you were not there anymore. But we made an inspection to the home and didn't find any bugs or issues with fixtures or appliances. In fact, we inspect the property before every checkin and we have are report with pictures and videos showing the home was in perfect condition for your arrival. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay and would love to understand the real reason why. We strive to provide all our guests with the best possible experience, and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We would have been more than happy to address any of the issues you encountered if they had been reported to us while you were staying so we could have had the opportunity to rectify them.
