This house was NOT as nice as it is made out to be in the Ad. It has wallpaper coming off the walls, sections of floor that dont go all the way to the wall, grouting looks extremely sloppy in kitchen floor, floors were dirty(our socks were black after one day), all of the toys in the kid's rooms were dirty, gross, and broken. All of the beds were old, uncomfortable, squeaky, etc. There were old paper plates underneath of one of the cabinets in the walkway/kitchen area, there was rust in the bathroom sinks, sugar ants ALL OVER the kitchen, the remotes to the TVs either didnt work properly or didnt work at all. And to top it all off my grandfather accidentally lost the keys to the house (we later found them so we didnt have to purchase new ones) and when my grandmother called the owner to ask for help getting in she was EXTREMELY rude and unkind. They also didnt leave the code for the garage door so my grandma had to call to get that as well. I cant say anything about the pool because it was too cold to swim at all. The palm trees on the walk in hang so low that you run into them or have yo go off of the sidewalk to avoid being hit in the face with the palms. The neighbors were kind. But that's about the only good thing.
The check in itself was simple. It's between 20 and 40 minutes from any of the parks.
Overall the house itself was dirty, looked old, and falling apart. Unkept. I cant imagine anyone actually choosing to live in a place like that. Definitely not worth the money. My grandparents were very very displeased with the house, as am I.
