We stayed for 4 nights with small children. It was a great stay! The staff was all so friendly and helpful. We did most all the activities provided which was also wonderful! This resort has much to offer on site really giving a day full without having to leave. We used the water park/pool area, playground, putt-putt, paddle boating, basketball, and volleyball. The art center even offered some additional paid activities. My kids made stuffed animals. - I would definitely recommend! They were doing construction on the front entrance which caused some confusion getting in the first time but nothing that couldn’t be worked around. Overall our place was clean and nice. Offered everything we needed.

There was a lot of construction going on around the entrance area of the hotel. Made it kind of noisy and hard to get around. But this is a temporary thing and it will be better once its done I'm sure.

Nos gustó la estancia en el lugar, lo único que no nos agradó es que no nos dejaban poner música ni dentro del departamento pasadas las 10 y fuimos a vacacionar, el chico que trabajaba en el parque acuático no quería abrir el parque nuevamente a pesar de que la administración aprobó que abrieran y estábamos varias personas molestas por que vamos de vacaciones y nos tocó salir del lugar ya que no querían abrir la piscina después de una pequeña lluvia. Por lo demás súper bien muy limpio.

This property was in an excellent location. Close to plenty of dining options. The facilities were clean and very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be making another visit to this resort my next time traveling to Orlando for vacation.

The room was huge and I was so impressed with the space! Staff was very welcoming and informative on amenities and local attractions! Water park was ideal for smaller children but my son was still happy to have slides!

I have stayed in this property multiple timew throughout the years, but this time I left a bit dissapointed. The entrance and exit was a bit of a hustle because of the construction going on. Also, at the time of check in the staff wasnt as friendly and wasnt that helpful with the questions I had. I had made a reservation for a king size room and was given a queen size room. The next day I reach out the front desk and they told they had actually given me a queen instead of a king. They offered a free upgrade but since I was already settled and with two kids, we didnt want to move since we were checking out the next day. They tried make it right and offered that next time I stayed there, they will offer an upgrade free of charge. They also charged me half the resort the fee they had previously charged. I really hope they honor the free upgrade when I go back.

We stayed here with two children (11 and 8 years old). I was nervous from some of the reviews, but we had a wonderful stay! Our room was a one bedroom and our kids slept on the pull-out couch. Our first day we needed sheets and blankets for the pull-out couch so we told the front desk. Someone brought it to our room within an hour. Another day we needed more shampoo. I texted them and someone came within 15 mins. This place worked out great for us and most of the time were out doing things in FL. Disney and others were close enough, not a terrible drive! The pools were great! My kids loved the water park but also loved the single pools. We did take the boats out one of the days and had fun! They had some construction going on so coming in was a little annoying but not the end of the world. When we came, they did ask us about a timeshare at check-in, we said no thanks and they never asked us again. Place was clean, staff was nice. We would stay here again if coming back to the area.

Security at the property is super rude. K ok’ing people out of the pool 15 min early in a very unprofessional way. Not enough pool for number of guests so it was always packed. Entry security was lazy and rude.

I stayed 4 nights and every night I had to get a new set of keys! As a single mom traveling with 3 kids, getting back late after Disney/SeaWorld and a beach day to our condo keys not working was very frustrating!! The first night they sent security, which took over 20 minutes. My kids and I were waiting in the dark and needing to use the bathroom. I went to the front desk the following morning and was told it wouldn't be an issue again. They lied to me and had no care in the world. They texted me everyday, bugged me about a timeshare and yet failed to mention I would again need a new set of keys. I would of been more than happy to stop by the front desk in the morning and pick up keys as we had to drive by it to get to our condo. I talked to several other guests, one family only had to get one new set of keys and another family waited 2 days for their toilet to be fixed or moved to another room. The location is under construction. Terrible customer service! They do not care.

We’ve been there before when it was called Liki Tiki, did not have any issues however, this time with the name change it was horrible from start to end. Upon arrival we showed up there early due to our flight. They stated a room was not available and would let us know so we waited in their lobby. After about 4 hours of waiting we were told they were going to give us another room which we were grateful. The room they gave us was an empty building so why we waited so long was mind boggling but then we walk into our room and it was outdated and our vein was of the power lines “beautiful “. On the second day we were notified of the key cards needing to be changed so we went to the lobby get new key cards and head to our room where the key cards don’t work. Called the office they stated would send security which we waited for about an hour, finally security comes opens the door and stated they would have it fixed. So not to waist the whole day we leave to go get some essentials and upon arrival back to our room to our surprise the key cards are still not working. Head back to the lobby area where we find the very helpful security guard was told “ did the office call you” no they did not. They were supposed to call us to let us know that we had to change rooms at 7 pm mind you. We wasted a whole day doing nothing but stressing and then had to move all of our unpacked items. We call the office to complain about this however, no resolution was given to us. Just a horrible experience.

The rooms were large and came equipped with everything needed for cooking. There’s a door separating two rooms and you can hear everything. The first night was spent listening to a baby crying until 3 am and then loud nursery music playing until nearly lunch time. The next day sounded like a a disabled person moved into that room. We spent 3 nights and no one came by to clean, offer towels, collect trash, etc.

The sliding doors wouldn't lock. Yes they installed a temporary hooking lock that attached to the frame and the door however I stayed there by myself with with a 4 year old and didn't feel truly safe. We only stayed for a night so it wasn't a big deal to me however if would have stayed longer I would have requested a different room so to this. I understand that they are still renovating however you should always make sure that all doors lock properly without having to MacGyver it. Otherwise it was great, I will be returning for another one night escape with my child :)

So disappointed in what this property has become! 1 restaurant which is an ourside bar. Food sucks! Co struction all around the property and the rude security suck! The room was dirty and very broken down. Our sliding door barely allowed us to open it to get out onto the patio. Tried the paddle boat o. The property and that water is so disdusting wuth garbage all in and around the water. The fountains shooting up dirty water back at you. Never again!
