Seems like a nice hotel. We only stayed one night for an early flight next morning. Nice breakfast. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you need a hotel close to the airport.

Easy airport access. Rooms are large and overall sufficient for quick stay near airport. Front desk staff were mixed with one lady on her phone a lot and not super friendly but gentleman was good. Would likely stay again.

Daily parking charge not clearly disclosed when booking and a security deposit on card I often use HIE and one of reasons is no hidden charges and stuff like this, won’t use this one again

It was loud all through the night. We stayed the night in order to get a shuttle at 3:30 am to airport and there was music playing all night. We thought it was from another room but when we boarded the shuttle we realized it was coming from the lobby. It was distracting and hard to get rest Room was clean and shuttle was on time

The hotel facility is ok, but the employees are very nice and friendly! And the shuttle bus to the airport is convenient for family. The breakfast is fantastic! So overall is very good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the location was convenient. Unfortunately the building itself was not the quality that we have previously experienced with this chain. The rooms were not soundproofed and we could hear everything in the room above us causing us to wake around 3 a.m. to the sound of furniture being drug around for at least 30 minutes one night and loud music and voices the other night. As a result our family did not sleep well either night which defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel.

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. My only complaint was the floor in the bathroom felt was slightly sticky, but everything else seemed clean.

Beautiful, modern and clean. Nice continental breakfast provided and convenient airport shuttle. The only issue we had was being unable to contact the hotel to arrange shuttle pickup from the airport . Tried for 45 mins but no answer after multiple attempts. Had to get a taxi to the hotel.

The hotel was close to the airport. After a long flight, it was great to drive to the close hotel. It was quiet with lots of parking. The desk was very organized and quick.

I liked that it was quiet and clean. Loved the Dove products. Breakfast was okay only wished it lasted till 10 or 1030 I’m just not an early riser. The only issue I really had was having to pay for parking. I just don’t understand why when I’m staying at your property.
