If we have rooms available we have no problem checking you in early, however there is an early check in fee. This is for all guests and it is merely an option. For guests who wish to not pay the early check in fee we do provide the option of holding your luggage so that the guests can go about their day. Once again, we apologize that this option was a dissatisfier to your stay.
