You'll fall in love with this beautifully curated historic home located in the heart of Winter Park. Filled with curated vintage furniture and homey trimmings. luminous rooms with an abundance of windows, warm and inviting living room with luxurious seating and a real fireplace. Two welcoming bedrooms outfitted with DreamCloud mattrasses and luxurious linens will ensure you a restful night sleep. Two full size bathrooms supplied with plush bath towels and toiletry starter set. Don't let the size fool you, the fully equipped kitchen is mighty impressive! Protected and fenced in backyard for the convenience of your furry friends.

This cottage is located 0.4 miles from Park Ave, 0.7 from Central Park with its Saturday Farmers Market and bi-annual Art Festival and 0.9 miles from the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art.

We had an amazing time in this lovely house so close to Rollins campus and Park Ave. Could not have been better. Host was incredibly helpful and beds super comfortable. We LOVED it!

Stellar property and hosts in a perfect location!

Absolutely awesome 2/2 house, supremely appointed and in an ideal location in Winter Park. House is outfitted with beautiful furniture, essentials, decor and a bunch of charm. As I was working much of the time, WiFi was critical and there were zero issues. The hosts were extremely responsive, and available for any questions. Will absolutely book again any time I’m visiting my son at Rollins College.
