Great Clean Contemporary Property
Unlike a few other property managers on VRBO who don't disclose the horrible fact that they ask you to EMAIL them your ID and credit card AFTER booking, this property manager, John, did everything securely through VRBO itself. No risking identity theft emailing strangers your ID and CC. This was highly important to me. John answered all my questions before I booked.
Check in was a breeze with John sending us details about 2 hours before we arrived (just as he said he would) and we had early check-in. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, contemporary, even better than the pics, in a lovely quiet neighborhood and was great for our family.
The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the heater not working the day we arrived as well as the next day until about 9pm when it was fixed. We were in FL during the unusually cold weather and without the heater we felt like we were freezing. My finger tips were numb and it was really hard to sleep despite the blankets. We spoke with John, but he said he couldn't get anyone out until the next day. The next day, we were out most of the day and after speaking again with John, a guy came out around 9pm and spent a couple of hours fixing the heater and it worked after that.
Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and it would have been perfect without the heater incident. John was easy to reach and he followed up to make sure we were having a lovely stay. Would definitely stay here again, next time we're in the area.
