A Home Where Eclectic Luxury Meets Affordability

Welcome to The Altamonte House. This home is in a prime location standing between Orlando's major theme parks and beautiful beaches! Altamonte Springs is the peace and luxury you search for when visiting a busy city, but still want to have an oasis of your own. The neighborhood is nestled off of a golf course, and makes for beautiful evening walks with amazing sunsets! The home sits on a half acre lot and is surrounded by large trees on all sides. If you want to go to the beach all you have to to do is head East on I4. If you want the theme parks, head West. The home has been completely remodeled inside and out. There is a fire pit in the back yard, as well as candles to keep mosquitos far, far away. At night, if you listen closely you can hear the owls hooting, which is absolutely fascinating. All together, this home is ideal for families enjoying a quiet getaway or for those who want to kick back and have a good old time. Five minute drive to Altamonte Springs mall. Five minute drive to Interstate 4, which leads you to all of the main attractions in the area and neighboring cities.

Please note that this is our actual home, not a typical rental property. We have strict rules, as such.

Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV. The living room is also equipped with a ROKU tv, so that you can access all of your television watching apps, and an antenna for local stations. The home does not have cable.

Host was easy to reach for communication. The house was clean, large, comfortable and had lots of space. The only thing that I didn't enjoy were the last minute fees. If I'd known the stay would be over 1k for one night, I wouldn't have booked it in the first place. Didn't use it for the amount of time that I had booked and wasn't refunded for the day it wasn't used.

Nice Location

We have stayed here twice. The house is located in a nice,quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and a mall. The home is tastefully decorated and the backyard is a nice area to spend time complete with twinkling lights. We would stay here again in the future.

Great House and Perfect Location

We loved staying at this house! It was so convenient to downtown Orlando and Disney attractions, but tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from crowded, touristy areas. The house was clean and spacious -- perfect for a family (and a dog).

The house was so cute, very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the host had their home equipped with everything one would need. Not to mention that the sheets were the softest I’ve ever felt! The backyard was the perfect size for our dog to run around and get his exercise. Great stay

We stayed here for a baby shower for my daughter as she lives nearby. The house is exactly as described. Very nicely decorated and well kept. Beautiful back yard. Beds were very comfortable and lots of room for everyone. The owner allowed us to hold our event there for the extra event fee but it was well worth it. It’s not too far from the hustle of the Disney area also if you want a quieter place to stay, probably about 25 min drive.

My wife and I got eloped at this property, and it was perfect for our needs for the event. Lovely home

The house was very homey and clean. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Nice viewing options on the TV to chill out in front of. I was traveling with my dog for a competition and she immediately made herself at home in the big secure yard.

Great house with everything you will need

Stayed for a week visiting friends. Great house and great yard with fire pit and lounge area. Everything works well and kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. GREAT VALUE as we have stayed in over 50 VRBO’s and I work for the Four Seasons Hotels so I know accommodations and pricing. We will be back.

This house is exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, nicely furnished and decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The backyard was spacious with lots of outdoor furniture . It is in a quiet neighborhood close to Altamonte mall and I-4. Will stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Altamonte Springs

Three of us were in town to play in a local tennis tournament. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and upscale. Beautiful backyard. Provided a comfy experience that you don't get at a hotel. The owner was always easily accessible when booking and throughout the stay. Easy check-in and checkout. Would love to stay there again next time in town.

The Wedding Days

Nice and comfortable house

The house is beautifully decorated and organized ,and stocked with everything that you need. It’s very comfortable and more spacious than it seems in the pictures. We found it very clean. We had a great time watching a film in the living room. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. The street does not have great lighting at night but the house has lights in the front and back and all the houses around have their lights on as well. I noticed a new barbecue in the patio and I wish I had stayed more days to enjoy the patio and garden as well!

A True Gem

What an incredible home! Absolutely a gem both inside and out! Not only did we stay in the rental, we hosted a Bridal Shower there. It could not have been more elegant! Plenty of room, totally updated, and with charming decor. Beds were very comfortable and showers were so nice! The backyard was stunning, private, and with plenty of seating. Definitely going to return! And my Bridal Shower guests are going to secure it in the future for family! The host was fantastic! Prompt to respond. Very gracious!
