Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Worst experience!!

My booking was confirmed and paid and the host didn’t communicate and gave us instructions after the booking. We ended up looking for a hotel. Vrbo didn’t even help us find another place and correct the massive inconvenience.
