Universal Studios Spring Break
The house was perfect for our spring break get away with our 2 families! We were traveling with our best friends and their mom that has difficulty getting around (walker) and this was the perfect home for her to navigate through without stairs and to give our boys not only their own bed and bath but a space to game and not wake up Gammie! If the game room door is closed it’s shuts out 90% of the gaming noise, so it’s quiet and Gammie who is sleeping across the way was not disturbed. We were able to cook full breakfasts for the whole family before heading to the parks and then come back to enjoy a dip in the pool. Josh was very responsive if we had any questions or issues via text. We must have lost power at one point and some things needed to be reset and they were resolved quickly. Our families would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay
We truly enjoyed our stay. The pictures were very accurate. We enjoyed the gated community and went for walks every morning. The pool on-site was clean and nice. Pool and hot tub heater worked nicely. The place felt comfortable and furnished but not crowded. Linens were nice and we felt like there were plenty and extras in the closet. The kitchen was stocked - toaster, coffee machine, blender for smoothies, etc. Kids items were appreciated - pack and play, umbrella stroller, high chair, stool in the kids bedroom. We would be very happy to stay here again. Josh was an excellent host and very responsive! Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses at some point - they were comfortable but sank a little when you got into the bed.

Great Stay!
Spent Christmas at Disney this year! Great place for our whole family to spread out. Enjoyed the house a lot! Only complaint is the check in process to the community. The lines coming in each day were awful taking 15-30mins to get into the community. There is only one way in and out.

Perfect Disney Stay!
We traveled with our 5.5yo, 4yo, and 21mo for a 5-night trip to Disney World. First, can't imagine a better location - easy route to/from the parks (with secret route in the home's welcome book) and super close to Walmart for groceries and anything forgotten (ponchos!). The house itself was perfect -- looks just as pictured/described. Pool was great, though we didn't get to enjoy it enough (weather was cold and we were so tired from the parks!). Kitchen was stocked, big fridge, full washer and dryer appreciated. The neighborhood community was pristine and safe. The host was especially kind and accommodating in helping us out when we overlooked a drawer of our littles' clothing. Great stay, great experience, hope we can do it again!!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway
We booked Josh's property to get a little sunshine, spend thanksgiving with some family that moved south and experience Disney for the first time with our kids. It was a perfect location, the house was clean, so clean in fact that my wife commented on the cleanliness. Having the Pool/Spa attached to the house as well as the community pool and waterslides was great for the kids. Great communication before and during our stay, highly recommend.

3 Night Mini Vacation
I am a researcher when it comes to selecting places to stay. The photos on this listing caught my eye right away. We chose this house for its close proximity to Disney and the airport, the heated pool, the themed rooms and that it was a modern home in a gated community. The house in person looks exactly like the photos. We really appreciated the gated community aspect and felt very safe. The themed rooms were magical for our whole family including the bathrooms. It was awesome that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We liked that the living room and kitchen were not overly themed. We did use the full size washer-dryer twice during our stay. Each bedroom had a clock with USB ports and outlets. The lightswitchs were labeled. We only used the TV in the Mickey Club House room but there are TV's in every room. The Mickey Club House room was a huge hit with our 3 year old granddaughter. We did use the pack n play for our grandson and had brought our own sheets for it. The pool was awesome! The owner left a book with everything that we needed to know plus other useful info. We had great communication. The only bummer was we did not have time to use the community pool, playgrounds and splash pad. We will have to visit those areas on our next trip.

Great House with a Great Location
The property was perfect for our family with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool and it was so close to the Disney, only a 10 minute ride. Highly recommended!!

Amazing Family Spot
I could not say enough about this place. We took our 16,15,6, and 3 year old to Disney and this home was the highlight of the trip. Super clean, adorable, and roomy enough for everyone. It had everything we needed. The game room was a hit. We had a small hiccup and the owner was prompt and resolved the issue immediately. Well worth every dollar spent. Very safe and secure area. Plan a day to stay home and utilize the benefits of the community. Only minutes from all Disney parks.

Lives up to expectations
This property was the best decision for our disney vacation! Its a short drive to any of the parks and located right near a walmart and gas stations. The house is as beautiful as the pictures and the pool/hot tub were bliss for us! We had a minor hiccup with the door lock and the owner was quick to respond and get someone out to fix it! Do not hesistate on this property, it was so clean and such a great add on to our disney vacation. And the bonus of the resort waterpark access was icing on the cake.

Perfect for Our Family
This was the BEST VRBO accommodations that we have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Very clean, decorated beautifully with a great open living area. Our 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loved the Mickey/Minnie room with bunks and trundle bed. The pool and hot tub were a welcomed "bonus" after a long day at the parks. Great location, a short drive from all the Disney Parks. I had just one question, sent an email and quickly received a response. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We LOVED staying at this property during our stay last week. Extremely clean...spacious...and made a Disney vacation relaxing! My kids loved swimming in the pool first thing in the morning. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Game room was awesome. Very short drive to the parks in the morning - average of 15 minutes. The theming in every room was a really nice touch that we loved. Can't say enough positive things. We spent one afternoon at the community pool and that was great too. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!
This house was perfect for our family! It was very clean with plenty of furnishings in the kitchen, as well as towels and linens. The Disney theme throughout made my children feel as if they were on-property, yet we had so much space and lots of area to rest. Traffic can be a bit hectic getting to the parks, but we didn't find it to be any slower than staying on site and taking buses or the Skyliner. We will definitely stay again!

My family of four (plus Grandma) stayed here for the week of our Disney vacation. The house and community were great to come back to and spend non-park days at. We loved the pool, spa, and game room, and there are two nice little playgrounds that are walking distance from the house. My kids LOVED the themed bedrooms. We had a couple of minor issues (non-working coffee pot, missing electrical cover) on arrival, but Josh was quick to respond. Just a heads up, pillows are on the firm side if you prefer a softer pillow (just personal preference). Thank you for such a great stay! We had the best week.

This house was in a great location, easy to find and close to Disney. While it’s 2 miles away, keep in mind that means about 20 minutes to actually arrive to Disney. Location is everything. This was very close to Walmart and restaurants. This house accommodated a family of 8 with comfort. A large sectional made it easy for everyone to sit together in the main living space. The kitchen had everything we needed and also provided seating for everyone. I loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The game room was very nice for adults and kids. We would love to stay at this house again!! Josh made everything easy for check in and check out. Rent this house for all the conveniences!!

Incredible house and location to all of the parks. As soon as we walked in the house, you could smell how clean the house was and see how much pride the owner took in his house. Overall the property was convenient. The game room and pool kept our three kids busy during any down time. Josh was quick to respond but not very informative after that. A pool man showed up twice, we received no notification he was coming or what times to expect him and both times had to get everyone out of the pool. There was a smell of some sort coming from the bathroom- someone was quick to come while we were at Disney but we received no memos about the visit, just came back to a fan blowing under the sink. The house was clean, a few places that could use a deep scrub in the showers but for thr most part, great. Cookware/beds are the areas I would recommend updates on - we had to buy our own pan set and oven mitts as the pans were so lumpy we couldn't get it to heat accurately and there were no oven mitts to be found. The beds in Cinderella/Tangled are very firm. Overall it was a good stay and the amenities made it worth it.

Amazing Disney House!
This was my families first trip to Florida. The house did NOT disappoint. It is beautifully maintained and comfortable. All the details of each themed room were so great. My kids LOVED the pool after a hot day of Disney. The community pool was wonderful and I feel safe and secure in the gated community. I ordered groceries from Walmart right down the road (literally 3 min away) the night before we left so all I had to do was pull up when we got there. This house is centrally located to all the main attractions. I highly recommend this house. We had SO much fun.
