To make your vacation more enjoyable, we offer optional items to our guests at an extra cost. This includes baby gears such as strollers, cribs, and high chairs as well as pool/spa heating and BBQ grill rentals. Please be sure to contact us about arranging these items for your stay.

* SWIMMING POOL HEATER: Please note that the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and may not work at temperatures close to freezing. Pool heating is available at a cost of USD 30 per day + TAX = 35 for each day. for a minimum of 3 days. Please note that the swimming pool can take up to 24 hours to reach the ideal temperature, so it is important to request it in advance as this will turn the heating on at 10:00 am. We recommend pool heat from October through March.


Please note. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.

If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We are elevating cleanliness standards between all guest stays and enhancing all sanitation and disinfecting procedures following CDC guidelines on all surfaces. All high-touch surfaces in each villa are being frequently sanitized. To support our staff, we will be temperature checking regularly as well as providing personal protective gear and increasing training on sanitation and handwashing techniques. We ask for our guests to follow social distancing guidelines while utilizing public amenities and areas. We are making every effort to protect your health and safety while staying with Adventure Vacation Homes.

* Covid-19 update: Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay on the property.
