• Lock the front door using your code and press ✓. • Please don't lock the bottom deadbolt when leaving. If left locked, you won't be able to get back in. ($120 Fee for a Locksmith)
• The kitchen trash can is small. Please use the community dumpster (a few homes down on the right) as needed.
• Please keep exterior doors closed to help keep Florida's insects and little lizards outside. • Before heading out, please close and lock all windows and the sliding patio door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
