Newly Remodeled Cottage

Newly remodeled small home in the charming town of Winter Park, Florida. This is an older home with many updated and decorative touches. Very comfortable and cozy. There are only 5 rooms, plus a closed-in front porch and a screened-in back porch.

Roomy bedrooms and a living room, with an eat-in kitchen and a smaller bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a detachable shower head and a modern sliding glass door. New vanity, sink, toilet, and fixtures. The eat-in kitchen seats 4, with plenty of cabinet space and a convenient pantry cabinet. There is a table on the back porch that seats 3 for outdoor dining.

There is a closed-in laundry room with a new stackable washer and dryer, adjacent to the back porch, and just a step away from the kitchen!

Attractive color scheme, with refreshing white and pastels and BOHO touches throughout.
