There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

It’s great! Had a blast.This might’ve been my oversight, but just a heads-up—the property is beautiful and super spacious, and the location is great! Just keep in mind it doesn’t come with access to the Reunion amenities like the pools or water parks.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The resort and the units that are corporately owned are spectacular. However this is a privately owned vacation rental. They did everything wrong. The carpet was filthy. It was on the level of a Hotel 6 truck stop. I wanted another unit, but I'm guessing they only owned one or another one was not available. At this point I blamed the cleaning crew and didn't have a problem with ownership. The next issue was the bed linen was not cleaned and had hair and soil on the sheets and comforters. The final straw was a used panty liner rolled up in a bath towel indicating that the towels were not washed either. Unclean was an understatement, it was filthy, gross and insanitary. I gave the ownership team a polite heads up as to the condition. We washed and cleaned the unit ourselves. They did have someone to clean the carpet, but it disturbed our stay. I advised that I didn't want to leave a bad review because Im a small business owner. I left the ball in their court as to any accommodations they thought were in order. I also provided them images of all issues. To date they have blown me off stating that they are waiting for VRBO to advise them as to how to rectify issues. Im over it, i just don't want another family to make the same mistake and book this property.
