Very competitively priced for a home of this size, Legacy Dream Villa offers fantastic value for money with a beautifully furnished home in a peaceful setting. A 4 bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms, Legacy Dream also features a den which many guests have utilized over the years, increasing the occupancy to 10 people.

If you want plenty of space for your family, this really is the home for you. There is both a family room and a sitting room. The main living area boasts a 50 inch flat screen TV and leather furniture, with easy access to a very spacious, fully-equipped kitchen area. In addition to all this space, there is a formal dining area located right next to the second sitting room which makes this home just perfect for all types of occasions and family get-togethers.

There are four bedrooms in the property, consisting of one master with a king size bed and full en suite facilities, two queen bedrooms, and one twin room. Then there is the famous den which houses a set of bunk beds, a great feature in a home built to cater for larger or multiple families. All the bedrooms enjoy cable TV, with flatscreens provided. We should add too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay in this home away from home, though we would like to remind guests that it is classed as self catering accommodation.

Legacy Dream also boasts a quite spacious kitchen area complete with island,  and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is plenty of seating here for the larger families, and that is possibly one of the main reasons why this property has enjoyed the success it has over the years. *Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access, offered complimentary to all Evergreen guests.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster too and a waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. There is an additional breakfast table with seating for 4 in the kitchen area.

Just next to the kitchen is the garage which has a full size ping pong table, and ample seating for those who want to watch the games, or just have a glass of wine while the kids show the parents how to play!

Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a beautiful screened in swimming pool and a host of furniture. For families, it is worth noting that this pool area is very private and is East facing, which means that you can enjoy the early morning sunshine and perhaps have a spot of breakfast as you plan your next adventure. It really is hard to think of a better place to relax isn't it?  *Please note that as with most vacation homes there is an extra charge to heat the pool and hot tub.  Ordering in advance means it will be turned on for your arrival and get your vacation off to a great start.

With Disney World just 9 miles away and access to many shops and restaurants just moments away, Legacy Dream enjoys a great location just on the outer band of the Disney area while being just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the area’s busiest tourist resorts.

* Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am.
Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
