It is two bedroom / two bath - living room, separate dining room , split floor plan, enclosed porch and an additional private patio. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. 2 parking spaces. Walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Located Next to Lake Virginia which has a jogging trail. Come stay with us and take a stroll down the famous brick-lined Park Avenue!
