Living space

The open-plan ground floor brings everyone together without feeling crowded. A fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before the parks to leisurely dinners in, with a dining table that seats six comfortably. The adjacent TV lounge is the kind of space you actually settle into - great for winding down after a long day at the parks. Sliding glass doors connect the interior directly to the private screened pool area, where outdoor seating and a half bathroom off the patio keep the flow easy whether you are swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the Florida evening air.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. On the ground floor, a queen bedroom sits near a full bathroom - ideal for guests who prefer to stay on one level. Upstairs, the king suite includes a private full bathroom and generous room to relax. A second upstairs bedroom offers a queen and twin bed with its own private bathroom, making it a strong fit for families traveling with younger children. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room featuring a twin over full bunk bed, with a shared full bathroom nearby. A dedicated laundry room is also available on the upper level.

 

Game loft

The second floor holds a separate lounge and game area with a foosball table and TV - a comfortable gathering spot that gives different members of your group their own space to recharge between outings.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the cooking basics you need. Dishes, silverware, and children's dinnerware are included, and a dedicated workspace is available if you need to catch up on anything during your stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grilling is not allowed in the unit.

For shopping, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is about 21 miles out. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 34 miles away, with typical drive times of 35-45 minutes.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. The home features firm mattresses. A starter supply of essentials is provided on arrival - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays may require additional supplies. A pack 'n play/travel crib and baby safety gates are available for families traveling with infants.
