  • Discover the beauty of Kissimmee from this terrific 3-bedroom townhome. Guests enjoy a comfortable king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, plus a cozy living room with an extra queen bed. Two bathrooms include a relaxing jetted bathtub and handy hair dryer. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure at the Disney parks, or getting ready for the next, this townhome offers an excellent spot to recharge at this resort style facility. The club house contains a gym, playrooms, pool tables and tiki bar. The resort has a swimming pool and spa, with wet kids play park, basketball, volleyball pickleball courts. With plenty of parking, a dog park, and a lake used for kayaking. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Don’t forget any personal items. Remove all trash and food from property and take it to the trash bin outside next to the basketball courts. Checkout is 11am. You will be charged $100 per hour after.
No pets. Only small service animals with a valid state issued license. Please don’t forget this is our home so Do not smoke inside our home. Please remove shoes before walking on the carpet.
Turn off all lights, close all windows and doors. Leave AC at 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent stay at this home in Kissimmee. I highly recommend it. It was perfect for my family of 5. The 2 story house is beautiful, spacious, clean, has AC, and lovely decor. My kids loved the Harry Potter and Moana themed bedrooms. It is close proximity to theme parks and lots of local attractions. We enjoyed the amenities and relaxing by the beautiful pool. It offers 24 hour security. The host is wonderful and was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Kissimmee! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.The decoration was amazing, with so many beautiful details, and my kids absolutely loved it! The house is perfect for families and very comfortable for everyday life.The location is excellent — very close to Disney parks and Orlando attractions, which made everything much easier. The community is beautiful, well maintained, with great amenities, parking, a gated entrance, and 24-hour security, making us feel very safe.The owner was fantastic — very kind, helpful, and always available when needed.We have visited Orlando many times, and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Orlando!
