This is our third year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. Quiet neighborhood, great location, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The owner is excellent to work with.

Perfect vacation home

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool, playing pickleball on a nearby court, and driving to outlet shopping and Disney Springs. Great location and perfect home for a vacation.

Excellent Accommodation

Highly recommended accommodation, communications with property owners / management key to a successful trip. Property itself exceeded our expectations even with the photos provided that drew us to the property, it was very clean and suited our stay, the pool area and view was amazing also. Beautiful Home

One of the best rentals we have stayed in the Clermont Area. So clean and spacious with a very nice private pool. My family highly recommends this place. Klaus is so easy to deal with, thank you.

Family Trip

If you are in this area, this is the house to rent. Klaus was awesome to deal with. The house had everything you could ever need. The pool and hot tub were perfect. If we are back in the area, we will definitely rent this house again.

volleyball tournament

We stayed here during a vollyball tournament at the convention center. super nice place, clean house. pool was great. If you are going to the parks great location but if your going to the convention center the drive is long with a lot of stoplights.

Christmas Vacation

This house is amazing and is definitely our favorite to stay in while in Florida! It feels like home and supplies you with everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and it is complete peace and quiet with noone to bother you. The pool was amazing even in December. The game room/garage was an added bonus with extra activities. Overall, this place was a 10/10 in our book and we will definitely be back!

What an exceptional Villa!!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of villa for our 2 week Family Holiday to Florida. All communications were exceptional. Getting into the villa was very easy with the provided instructions. The villa is wonderfully maintained and extremely clean. It had everything we needed and more. Beautiful location which is quiet but close to all the amenities. We cannot think of a bad thing to say. We were incredibly sad to leave and hope to return again soon.

Family Spring Break

This property was EXACTLY what our family needed for our trip to Orlando! We loved the space provided in the home so our family could enjoy some quiet time after spending days at Disney/Universal/Legoland. We loved making meals together and spending time relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The beds were so comfortable, the home was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and spacious. The owner was very helpful and detailed about the home, very quick to respond. We loved our stay and would love to come back. Would highly recommend this property.

This house was amazing and very clean. The owner was awesome to work with on any questions we had or concerns. If you are looking for a safe place with good security and surroundings, well kept up, clean, and about 20-25 minutes from universal and all the theme parks this would be highly recommend staying in. If I could give this house a star rating that was only 1-10, I would give it a twelve. This place was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again.

We didn't want to leave!!

From start to finish, we were impressed with this property and the quick responses we received from Klaus in answer to our questions. This is an upscale home, beautiful and comfortable in every possible way. Great location, quiet and safe. We didn't cook at the home, but every possible item needed would have been available. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and spa were used daily by my granddaughter and I. The home was spotless and exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!

May 2024 holiday

Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Klaus's villa. Great communication before we left and checked everything was ok whilst we were in villa . The location is great in a quiet spot in a very nice estate. My kids (in early 20s) wanted to go to Disney and with it so close they took an Uber and was reasonable . My wife and I pottered about visiting local sites of interest. Louisa state park just 5 miles up the road and it was very good. So many nice spots like that . Supermarket less than a mile away and lots of restaurants. I highly recommend as house location was great and pool lovely.

Dream Retreat

The listing’s title is accurate - the house is truly a dream retreat. Our family went down to FL for the holidays and even though the weather was a little chilly, the heated pool and spa were amazing. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to start up before heading to the store. Communication was excellent and very timely. Everyone enjoyed the space - we could all be together or go to our own area. The covered patio was perfect for my husband to get some early work done. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home

Our family was down to visit family over the Thanksgiving week and visit Disney. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and had all our needs met for making meals. It was totally a home away from home. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone. It is very well cared for and has an amazing pool and hot-tub. We paid to have heat for the week we were there. Definitely worth it as the mornings were a little cool. Out of all the homes we have stayed at, this was by far the most amazing. If you are looking for a place…..pick this one!! You won’t be disappointed.

Our best vacation home to date!

The home was as advertised outside and inside. Everything was functional and clean. We especially liked the comfy beds, leather sofas, very large TV, modern washer/dryer, large fridge, Netflix and user friendly alarm system. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishware. Facing east, the pool area is nicely secluded with privacy fence on one side and evergreen shrub on the other side. There are no nearby homes in the back yard. Neighborhood is quiet and serene. Homeowner, Klaus, was quick to answer all our questions. David, home manager, was responsive to our inquiries as well. Both were easy to deal with. We had a blast at this nicely decorated and well maintained home. Looking forward to return again. Thank you Klaus, Betty Anne, and David for the wonderful memories.

What an amazing villa! Loved it from the moment we arrived on the drive. Very spacious and extremely clean!Its the little things that make the difference as well: excellent quality towels and bedding, plenty of plates/cutlery/utensils and glasses. Pool area spotless and really comfy sunbeds. Klaus was great to deal with, we had a tiny issue with the pool heat and he responded with 10 mins and management company on site within the hour!To be honest, I really didnt want to leave a review because I dont everyone knowing how wonderful it is! Just want to keep it to myself! We looked at re-booking for when we are there later this year, but its booked, so needless to say I'm very disappointed! But never mind we will have to plan another trip around the dates that are free!If you're looking for a beautiful villa in a quiet neighbourhood but still want to be within 30 mins to Disney, this is the place for you.Thanks Klaus - we had a fabulous visit, we will be back.
