The home fit our needs well enough. We were 5 adults working in the area. The price was right. We had little time there with our work schedule and ate out most nights. We did enjoy the pool. The house needs some maintenance, up keep for sure. We experienced the same issues as other reviews . It is in a neighborhood near all the attractions of the area. All stores and restaurants are close by.

Needs maintenance and deep cleaning of floors

Nice location. Property has been well used with little maintenance. Pool and spa were nice. There was a hose in the pool and water was leaking from the spigot. The kitchen appeared clean on the surface but in a cabinet there was an instant pot that had been there for months and had never been cleaned. Limited cookware and utensils. We had to purchase dish towels and a spatula. Seal around fridge was broken. Only 1 out of the 6 bulbs in the dining room chandelier was not burned out. Twin beds were very uncomfortable. Carpet in family room and on stairs needs to be removed.
