POOL & SPA INFORMATION
• Pool heating available for $33/day (minimum $165/stay)
• The spa is attached to the pool and shares the same temperature
• Must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in
• Note: Pool heater operates by heat exchange and may not be effective in very cold weather. Refunds are not provided for underperformance due to weather

BBQ GRILL
• The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station

CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
• The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival
• Mid-stay cleanings available upon request (additional fee)
• Pool is cleaned once per week, usually Mondays (may vary)

This is a self-catering home. We provide an initial supply of:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag in the trash can, small-sized shampoo and conditioner
• Kitchen: 2 garbage bags, sponge, dishwasher soap, paper towel
• Laundry: 1 laundry detergent
• Linens: 1 sheet set per bed, 1 towel per guest (up to house max occupancy)

ADDITIONAL INFO
• Check-in instructions sent 2 days before arrival
• Early check-in from 12 PM or late check-out until 3 PM: Available upon request and subject to operational availability. We’ll confirm the applicable rate for your stay and let you know.
• Pool tech may access exterior during stay (no entry to house)
• For everyone’s safety and compliance with Florida law, parties, events, or any type of live performances are strictly prohibited. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances.

Guests have access to the entire home, including the private pool and access to the resort clubhouse.

Please note: The clubhouse and resort amenities may be temporarily closed due to severe weather, heavy rain, unexpected maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such closures may occur without prior notice and are managed by the resort administration.

CHECK-IN AND STAY: Two days before your arrival, you will receive a voucher with all check-in instructions. Please note that only registered guests will be granted access to the property during your stay.

SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide a set of complimentary starter amenities for your convenience upon arrival. These are intended to help you settle in comfortably, and you are only required to purchase additional items if you need more during your stay, there is no need to replace or replenish any items provided.

The initial amenities include:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag in the trash can, small shampoo and conditioner
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, sponge, dishwasher soap, and paper towels
• Laundry: One laundry detergent
• Linens/Sheets: One sheet set per bed and one towel per guest (up to the home’s maximum occupancy)

GATE REQUIREMENTS
Advance Registration: All guests arriving by car must have their names registered in the community system in advance to gain access to the resort. Please send us the first and last names of all guests, preferably 48 hours before check-in, so we can complete the registration.
Peak Check-In Times: Guests arriving during peak check-in hours, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, may experience longer wait times at the resort entrance, especially if they are not pre-registered in the system.
Access For Uber/Lyft/Door dash or other similar services: Drivers for these services must present photo identification and proof of the requested service to gain access to the community. The name on the service order must match the guest access list.
Access to Cove South Community: If you are staying on Storey Cove Avenue, Target Blvd, Narrative Lane, or Bookmark Drive, please note that this section of the community does not have a manned entrance. We strongly recommend that all guests be registered and that QR codes be issued before arrival, allowing direct access to the properties without needing to go through the main gate, which will help avoid congestion and reduce wait times.
Important: Entry and exit to the community are only permitted through the main gate, which is monitored by a security guard. For the safety of all residents and guests, anyone not registered at the time of check-in will be denied entry.
Your cooperation in following these instructions will help ensure a smooth check-in experience and minimize delays for everyone. We appreciate your contribution to the safety and security of the community.

PARKING
Parking is first come first service in the Townhomes and in the driveway for the Single Family homes.
No grass parking is allowed. Street parking is strictly prohibited
Any vehicles parked on the street will be towed by the Association at the owner's expense.

CLUBHOUSE
The Hideaway Club amenities included: fitness center, heated resort pool, water slides, splashpad, heated lazy river, restaurant, tiki bar, lake, beach volleyball court, basketball court, kayak rentals, mini golf (extra cost).
Clubhouse and pool hours: from 9 am to 9 pm. Fitness center from 5 am to 12 am. Please note that hours may change without prior notice from the resort.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Storey Lake Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Wednesdays or Thursdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has direct access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

GENERAL RULES
Homes with a pool are equipped with a removable child safety fence, which is installed before every check-in and inspected during our pre-arrival inspection to ensure it is in proper working condition. The fence provides an additional layer of protection for families traveling with young children, but it does not replace constant adult supervision. Never leave children unattended in the pool area, even for a moment, and keep the safety fence closed whenever the pool is not in use.
