Welcome to Magical Memories! We invite you to make your own magical memories in this lovely and spacious 5 bedroom, 4½ bath home located in the much sought after community of Tuscan Hills.
This beautiful home offers 2 masters suites.
The first-floor master has a king size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area, walk-in closet, and large en-suite bathroom.
The second-floor master has a queen bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
There are three additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed, and two with two twin beds each for a total of 5 bedrooms.
All bedroom except twins have flat screen TVs and cable. The second floor also includes an open loft area with a tv and dvd player. For those that enjoy cooking and dining at home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances. Whether you want to boil an egg or make a 4-course dinner you will find everything you need. There is no shortage of dining seating either. You can enjoy your meal at the breakfast nook that seats 4, the dining table that seats 8, or around the pool at
the patio table that seats 4.
Both adults and kids will enjoy spending time in the cinema room, located on the first floor with its comfy sectional, bean bags, 65 in Roku TV, and Xbox 1. Just a few steps away is the rec room where you will find a slate top pool table along with a free play arcade game featuring Pac Man, Frogger, and much more. If you are traveling with babies and toddlers check out the Kiddie Kloset which is equipped with 4 Pac ‘n Plays, stroller, Jumparoo, bumbo seat, play mat, and assorted toys and games to keep the little ones entertained.
Of course, being in Florida you will want to spend time outdoors and you can spend days and evenings outdoors under its fully screened in patio around the beautiful pool and spa (pool and spa heating available for an additional charge, please ask for details). Whether you like to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade, the extended pool deck and lanai offers plenty of both. You will find the ½ bath just off the pool to be very convenient and the mature hedges surrounding the pool area provides wonderful privacy. If traveling with youngsters, utilizing the safety fence around the pool will give you added piece of mind.
We offer free WIFI and cable. There is off street parking for two cars plus overnight parking available at the community clubhouse for a 3rd car if needed.
Tuscan Hills is a gated community close to everything a vacationing family needs. The
Disney parks are just a short 15-20 minute drive and grocery stores, fast food and sit down restaurants are just 3 minutes away. A 15-minute walk will take you to Northwest Regional
Park which offers artificial turf soccer and football fields, walking trails, children’s
playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts. The Tuscan Hills community also offers a
clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness room, a children’s play area, a tennis court and sand
volleyball court.
