Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth the price! Thank you Danae & Spectrum for a wonderful experience!

I want to say my last minute booking experience (2 weeks prior to trip date) and Spectrum exceeded all my standards. Not only did they specifically cater to my needs for my daughter’s birthday, the staff effectively communicated and my family thoroughly enjoyed the resort. Best birthday celebration all because of the staff Spectrum has. I thank you all for making this experience seem less, thoughtful and enjoyable. We will be back.

Very clean, modern, and spacious rooms. The waterpark was in walking distance and not too crowded. Parking and unloading can be inconvenient because the parking lot is near the front of the property. Overall it is very nice. We would stay again.

The property was nice but not finished construction so some things were not open yet. We had very noisy neighbors arrived half way through our holiday and they played music and parties all night to 4am despite asking a number of times to reduce the noise, it just got louder throughout the night so we had to move to another part of the resort and pay again for the last 4 nights because the place above us was not managed by the resort and they couldn’t do anything to manage the people. I was told we can get a refund for the last four nights given we paid for another place but still waiting to hear as we had to get Expida to request if given the booking was made through them. Hopefully we do get the refund. The place we moved to was really nice also and had a great pool. Overall it was a great holiday but a shame that some people behavior and lack of respect for others staying at the resort can ruin the experience and we were the ones that had to move. Next time I will do a bit more research to make sure we are in a place where all accommodation is managed by the resort and also that we are not a bottom apartment.

This is a great alternative to a standard hotel. Our 3 bedroom townhouse was spacious, clean and very modern. Access to waterparks was included. The spectrum only pool was great and not very busy which was nice. Check in was smooth and everyone was really helpful. Been to orlando many times and this was our first time not doing a standard hotel room. Highly recommend Spectrum

While we loved the resort, not being able to park outside the condo was a huge negative for us. Instead of having to wait around for the staff to get their golf cart to pick us up to take us to the parking lot for our car, we walked many trips to and from the parking lot everyday. The unit was beautiful and staff was very nice and helpful. The units dryer wasn’t working/drying our clothes. This was fixed within 24 hours. Ice machine wasn’t making ice (then finally started to) so the staff brought us a bag of ice. Pool is beautiful. Lots of space to lounge without feeling like you’re on top of each other. We thoroughly enjoyed the Reunion waterpark as well as the other water park at a different sister resort. Multiple amenities available that aren’t listed such as: • a shuttle to and from Disney parks • amenities at multiple sister resorts within a short distance • quick service such as getting new towels • beach/pool towels in every bathroom Overall we loved staying at Spectrum. There is always going to be room for improvement. When we come back to Orlando for another Disney visit, we will plan to stay at Spectrum if available.

The place was great. Modern, clean, spacious. Parking is the only problem, after long days at the parks you have to park far away. Amenities are great. My family lived going golfing and playing pickleball.

We stayed in the 2 story 4 bedroom condo. It was very nice. The front desk was helpful. The resort waa clean and well kept. There are many amenities and things to do within Reunion area. But there is on going construction and the traffic in and out of the Reunion area is crazy. So give yourself a little extra time.

The lock on the patio door was broken when we arrived (would not lock). It took 3 days for them to send someone to fix it. Pools were very far from our unit and closed at 6 pm. Very small fitness room, only open til 6 pm Would not recomend or stay again.

The property is nice. Very nicely decorated internally however quite cheap & basic externally. Patio fencing was thin plastic. Sliding net doors on patios were both laying on ground where they had fallen off. It should state in description there is a walk to park your vehicle.

It’s a jewel that will become more and more popular. This section of Reunion Resort is pretty new. As for some of the other reviews around neighbor noise, we experienced none. Great Spot!!

Spectrum Resort is on its way to becoming a fabulous vacation destination. Although the resort is not fully completed, we got to enjoy the beautiful, clean, upscale condos and nicely landscaped pool area, as well as the rest of the Reunion property. The Spectrum staff is incredible! We received a personal welcome at check in and were given lots of helpful info about the resort. I hope they realize what an absolutely gem of an employee Denae is- She went out of her way every day and treated us like family. A shout out to Robertson at Encore as well who ensured we had a great dinner and made sure we got back to our home base. Everyone we passed had a hello and a smile. Restaurant and gift shop staff were equally welcoming. Thanks for a great stay!

Rented the 3-bedroom townhouse and very pleased with the condition of the property as we didn’t realize how new it was. The water park and kids water play area is not walkable and even the parking lot for the water park is a bit of a distance. Staff at check in were very nice and prepared our check in package with lots of details. It’s a bit far from Disney but if you have a car, it’s not too bad. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great new complex with safe and secure condos to rent. Currently a soft opening so expect some construction activity around the area M-F 9-5. Request units closer to the lobby as there is only one main parking lot and everything is expected to be walked to from there. Personally I'd just drop my party off at the rental and then drive myself to the parking lot and just walk back myself. Resort fee covers a great waterpark within walking distance. All other guests were quiet and respectful so great for families traveling to Orlando to enjoy the nearby theme parks with the Disney parks being the closest.

We really liked the property. Our town house was located in a nice area.We had a private swimming pool (for the guests living on that street only). We even have access to the bigger swimming pool and water park. Danea, the receptionist was really good and helpful. The only thing that i didn’t like is that, we had to pay for a house keeper. Overall this is an excellent vacation property. It was extremely clean, secure (gated community with human security), all new amenities, washer and dryer inside the condo, raised ceilings, new paintings, good furniture. My only complaint is that I had to turn the hot water on in the left sinks in the master bedroom to get the hot water to work in the right sink. Otherwise no hot water in the right sink. Great overall experience though.

This had to be one of the most beautiful places we've stayed at in Orlando. We come to Orlando often and we are extremely picky. This place was gorgeous, spacious, clean and located near all the theme parks and great restaurants. The price was beyond reasonable.

1. Check in was a mess. My flight was delayed, so I got a phone call and I was told I would have to do the check in via phone while I was renting the car and leaving the airport. I was placed on a 15 minute wait. 2. Arriving at the hotel was awful because the entrance that provides access to the rooms is VERY hidden and no one explains to you how to access it. We drove around for a long time to find it late at night after a very long travel. 3. Although there are NO SIGNS whatsoever anywhere near the place we were they dont let you park for more than 10 minutes near the building and there is a tow truck driving by regularly to grab your car if you do. The people accross from us had their car towed overnight so the morning they left their room to go to disney turned into calling tow truck companies to find out where their car was. 3.You have to walk up to 1/4 mile to park your car in their parking lot. 4.One random morning I got a doorbell ring and after the first time ringing the person proceeded to enter my apartment. There are no keys just codes and this person had the code to my apartment. She said she needed to install a safe in my unit but she had no idea it was being occupied. 5. Hotel is still under construction.They make you drive through the heavy construction site to reach your apartment. There are no detours. 6.
