Windsor Island Resort is a gated community. For security purposes, all guests aged 18 and above are required to register in the gate system. Kindly note that sharing resort passes is strictly prohibited.

- Essential Start-Up Kit: Includes basic kitchen cookware, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 bar of hand soap per bathroom, a small container of shampoo and body wash per bathroom, 1 roll of kitchen paper towel, 4 dishwasher pods, 2 garbage bags, 1 small liquid dish soap, 1 sponge, and 4 small packs of laundry detergent.
- Baby Essentials: Pack 'N Play, baby high chair, plastic dinnerware, stroller, baby bath
- Upscale Linen: Revel in the comfort of high-quality sheets and comforters on all beds, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths (with additional towels conveniently stored in linen closets and the home's laundry room), and pool towels
- High-Speed Internet and TV Services: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi at 990mbps and beyond throughout the entire home. Spectrum TV Select services included both on the living room TV and the entertainment loft TV. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV.
- Parking is free on the property for up to three vehicles. Additional vehicles might be approved on a case by case basis. Overflow parking area is first come first serve. All guests must check in at the Sand Mine Road front gate on arrival. New registrations cannot be completed at the Route 27 entrance. You will receive a parking pass at the Sand Mine Road entrance. Once your pass is issued, you’ll be able to enter and exit through both the Sand Mine Road and Route 27 gates, making access quick and convenient for the rest of your stay.
- Rental Agreement: Guest will sign a rental agreement after booking is confirmed.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire villa, pool, and spa. You’ll also have complimentary use of all Windsor Island Resort facilities, including the clubhouse, pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, mini golf, pickleball court, kids playground, climbing walls, sports courts, and more!
Each adult (18+) must register at the gated entrance for security. Passes issued at check-in make re-entry easy.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Pool Heat: $35 per day plus tax/fees. Please let us know if you would like to add this to your booking. (Disclaimer: the heater is a heat exchanger that relies on ambient air temperature to heat the water. During the winter when the outdoor temp is below 50ºF, it may not effectively heat/reach full temp as the ambient air temp is too low)
- Grill Rental: available through a third-party provider ($80–$150 plus tax/fees, subject to change). Please contact us for details.
- Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our professional cleaning crew. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the villa. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
- Early Checkin and Late Checkout: Early checkin and late checkout are subject to availability. If available, we can offer them for an additional fee.
- Grocery Stocking: we can help you stock your Instacart order prior to your arrival for an additional fee.
