Sundrop Oasis features an open, bright layout with updated flooring, renovated bathrooms, new furnishings, and inviting spaces to gather. Whether you're starting the day with coffee, sharing dinner after a day at the parks, or enjoying a laid-back evening at home, there's room for everyone to feel comfortable.

Your Own Private Pool & Covered Lanai

Enjoy the Florida sunshine in your fully screened-in private pool area, complete with a large covered lanai and comfortable outdoor sectional. The west-facing pool gets plenty of afternoon sun, while surrounding tall shrubs offer additional privacy.

Poolside amenities include:

· Private screened-in pool

· Large covered lanai with outdoor seating and lounge chairs

· Outdoor 55-inch Roku streaming TV

· Pool towels

· Pool safety fence and patio door alarms

Want a heated pool? Pool heating to 88°F is available for an additional $35 per night plus tax, with a three-night consecutive minimum. Add-on arrangements should be confirmed before your stay.

Each bedroom has a Roku streaming TV, ceiling fan, and closet storage, giving everyone a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day.

· Primary bedroom: King bed with Helix mattress, 55-inch Roku TV, seating area, and walk-in closet.

· Bedroom 2: Queen bed with Helix mattress, Roku TV, and a built-in closet.

· Bedroom 3: Queen bed with Helix mattress with an upper twin loft bed, Roku TV, and built-in closet.

The sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

Two Full Bathrooms

Both bathrooms have been remodeled with modern finishes and practical storage.

· Primary bathroom: Dual-sink vanity with quartz countertop, large tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass enclosure, and a separate private toilet room.

· Second bathroom: Tiled shower and bathtub combination with quartz vanity countertop.

Both bathrooms include towels, storage, recessed shower and vanity nooks, and a hair dryer.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, make coffee, or enjoy takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants.

The main living area offers comfortable seating and a 75-inch Roku streaming TV for movie nights and downtime between outings. You'll also find board games, puzzles, and pickleball sets for some friendly competition.

Ceiling fans are located in the living area, all three bedrooms, and the outdoor lanai.

The home is self-service, so guests may need to replenish consumable supplies during longer stays. Upon arrival, the property will have a toilet paper roll on each holder and 2-additional, a trash bag in each trash can and 2-additional, ample liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each bathroom, 4-laundry detergent pods and 4-dishwasher pods.

· The garage is not available for guest use.

· The property is not wheelchair accessible.

· Ring doorbell camera at the front door and Ring floodlight camera facing the driveway provide exterior security monitoring.

House Rules & Booking Details

To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

· The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book.

· No smoking, vaping, or cannabis on the property, including the pool deck.

· No parties or events.

· No pets.

· Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

· Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
