The clubhouse is located at 2727 N Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Guests can stop by during clubhouse hours and show their reservation confirmation & photo ID to receive the amenity access code.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• Primary guest: 21+ years old
Parking Restrictions / Guidelines
• Free parking in the community lot
• Parking is first-come, first-served
• No RVs, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed
• Do not park in fire lanes, on grass, or block sidewalks/driveways
• Some spaces may be marked for residents only — guests should park in unmarked/general spaces
• HOA or property management may tow violators at the vehicle owner’s expense
Garbage / Trash Pickup Policy
No curbside pickup at each unit — Villas at Somerset uses shared dumpster/recycling stations.
• Bag trash securely and take it to the designated community dumpster located near the main clubhouse parking lot: 2727 N Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34746 (Villas at Somerset Clubhouse parking area)
• Do not leave trash bags outside your unit — this can attract wildlife and pests
• Large/bulk items should not be left in or near condo hallways or outside doors
