Stayed here for my sister’s wedding. Communication was very poor and had me wondering if I was getting scammed. This property is beautiful, but was not cleaned well. Trash still in bathroom, fake finger nails in carpet, etc.

Poor communication
Property is nice; however, there was no information inside the property to tell you how to use thermostat, use televisions, Keurig, the key to the door. No extra toilet paper in one restroom. Keurig didn’t work. Iron didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. I asked a question about registering my vehicle to park in the garage, as the posted signs indicated, and never got a response. The place was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. There was still food in the refrigerator and the dishwasher was full of dishes that did not fully come clean because it was overcrowded.
