Extremely rude, rooms are disgusting and are not cleaned properly. Pubic hair stuck to towels, food stuck to blankets and sheets, soap scum and hair stuck all over showers. Used condoms in parking lot around your vehicles as well as drug paraphernalia, among other things

My family and I usually rent 3 or more rooms 2 times a month when we go to Universal. We have stayed here multiple times. With that said, i will NEVER give this motel another penny. To start the pool is is extremely tiny and in the middle of the parking lot surrounded by homeless people. The parking lot is filled with used condoms on the ground near vehicle as well as drug paraphernalia. Once you make it to the back side of the building you are not able to see your vehicle at all and you have to walk around random people laying in the court yard covered in blankets, very sketchy. Then there is the rooms, usually the overwhelming smell of cleaners knocks you down when you open the door, later you will realize the stench of urine in every room. I have had to cjange rooms multiple times due to air conditioning not working at all. The showers always have leftover soap scum and hair all over them, and the towels on numerous occasions have had pubic hair entangled in them. When you pull back the bedspreads i have yet to not find something gross stuck to the blanket and sheets. They Definitely are not cleaning these beds in between customers. Then you get the pleasure of communicating with the Asian man at the front desk, he is extremely rudeand heartless. He will tow your vehicle for no reason, yet let the patrons from the food trucks across the street fill the parking lot. So paying customers are the only ones being towed all others are welcome i guess.

Not as advertised. Used for prostitution and drug selling. People live in rooms. Very unsafe and dirty. Smelly dirty bed sheets. Checked out on same day. Not worth risking yourself and family or worth the money. Look elsewhere

Not good for families with kids. People smoking weed on the balconies and some people live there and they are always outside the rooms and their language is not good for kids.
