This gated community is ideal for families and features plenty of updated, modern conveniences. Take advantage of the many on-site resort amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a fully-equipped game room with a pool table and air hockey

Plan for that next exciting Florida family vacation at this pristine, two-level townhouse with full kitchen, furnished balcony, and several Oakwater amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and fun-filled game room. The master suite has a plush king-size bed and an attached bath while the guest room has two twins. With two bedrooms, a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and two full baths, this home sleeps up to six guests quite comfortably. The well-equipped, full kitchen has plenty of prep space, drawers and cabinets containing a host of essential cookware and dinnerware, and an array of appliances including a range, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher to help you keep things nice and tidy during your stay.

This is the perfect spot to stay when going to Disney! The drive is quick and it's near great restaurants! Having a Wal-Mart in the street was a huge plus for us!

My 2 year old and I stayed in this very convenient, gated community. We enjoyed the pool during the evening as the days were pretty hot. The host was easy to reach and responded promptly when I had questions! Walmart was very close by! We will definitely be booking this location in the future!

Family Disney Trip

We love this location and have stayed in this complex many times. It's just minutes from the Disney parks and next door to a Walmart which is super convenient. This place in particular was great for our family of 4. It was clean and plenty of space for all of us. We appreciate the communication with our host and would enjoy staying here again. Thank you!

Perfect haven for park goers

This was the perfect spot for park goers to rest and unwind after visiting Orlando attractions. It is minutes from Disney and about 25 minutes from Universal. The home was lovely, exactly as represented, clean, well equipped, and Mark was very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is very quiet, well cared for, felt safe, and the pool and hot tub areas were lovely! We would be delighted to stay here again on future trips.

Property was too a high standard in terms of amenities and cleanliness- excellent location in a pleasant gated community. Made use of gym and pool. Good communication from hosts but no real need to connect during stay as things went smoothly. Highly recommend for a family of 4 looking to find a location for Disney parks. You won’t get closer outside of theme park resorts. Also great for proximity to Premium Outlets and Disney Springs if shopping/entertainment outside of parks is your thing.

Great place for the local theme park trip

The townhouse was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, no weird smells, A/C already on and quiet area. This was the perfect budget friendly place for my husband and I to spend 4 days at a theme park I did not give this place 5/5 starts for a few reasons. The check-in email stated to get a parking pass from the security person at the gate before 6pm or from club house after 6. There is no security person stationed at the gate, ever and the club house closes at 6. So that was wasted time trying to locate a pass that wasn't obtainable. We spend very little time in the townhouse, as we were gone all day, however when we returned each night, we struggled to have good internet connection. My laptop continuously sent notices that the connection was bad making it difficult to send work emails. The cable TV often lagged as well, which was annoying. Lastly, the check out procedures were a bit odd. The welcome email was very clear, NOT to use towels to clean/wipe off makeup. Apparently, that is a major problem for them to add that to the instructions! Maybe having colored towels vs white would help. We were also instructed to take our garbage to the dumpster as well as put towels in washer and start the wash. We've stayed at other places who have asked us to remove our trash, but never have I been asked to start the laundry. Wouldn't that be covered under one of the fees we paid, which was several hundred. Again, we enjoyed our stay! Just a few minor inconvenience.
