Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay).

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with arcades, ping pong table, foosball table and an air hockey table. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and smart TV.

For you convenience, there are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The other bedrooms is situated on the second floor.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves. This includes the pool area, game room, backyard, and garage.
• Free Parking: You can park 4 cars in the driveway. Additional free parking at the street (first come, first serve).

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi

• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
