Sleep in the closest vicinity to the wonders of Orlando Florida like: Universal Is. of Adventure, Volcano Bay, S/World, Walt Disney World, Mall @ Millenia, the Crayola, Topgolf, &tons! The Apartment itself is located on the 2nd level with short steps and is considered a "walk up" with no elevators. It has high ceilings, high-end fans circulating air to cool all the rooms but also serving as a stylish focal points in the rooms. The Apartment sleeps 5-7 people comfortably. 



2 Double beds, 1 King bed and a sleeper couch. Extra blankets are available in some drawers downstairs and upstairs. Please to avoid losing some items, facial towels and regular if used at the pool, remember to return all items after use.  The adjustable thermostat, the WiFi availability, the Smart TVs  with Netflix availability will be relaxing for you after a long day "out there"! Comfy beds in both down and upstairs, the hot or mildly warm showers depending on what you want, the peaceful and quiet environment will all give you a nice rest from the rashness of the city and the hectic, busy, long and tiring days! 



The Apartment is also a place tailored perfectly for a calm and quiet environment, especially, with business professionals who want to catch up with work in a quiet place. The Apartment also has a great well-stocked kitchen; with a big fridge, a stove with a state -of-art oven, a powerful microwave, pots and pans, some needed cooking utensils, great cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses. You'll be able to freely cook, bake and refrigerate all your fresh and cooked food. You can also open the door and enjoy the scenery at the porch or take advantage of the Complex well kept yard, on the benches within the beautiful Complex. 1-On entering the beautiful Fusion Orlando Residential community, turn right to Building #2. The Apt. is #226. 2-Look for parking in any empty space. (Avoid DESIGNATED spaces). -Guests are allowed only 1 parking space or 2 depending on availability. 3- Put a Parking Permit in your car to identify you as a guest at 226 and to avoid being towed. Please remember to return the Parking Return the original Parking Permit on checking out or use a copy. 4. The Complex is well manicured and very well lit at night. Guests can access the pool and other entrances like the 24/7 Gym, using the fob attached to their the key. 5-Any questions please don't hesitate to send a message to the Host and will be answered Asap. 6- Guests can use the gym 24/7- but The pool from dawn to dusk. There’s no guard; you’re on your own at the pool (You’re solely responsible for u &your family) 7-No trash can be left behind! Any trash picked by management cost your host$$$ and the bill will also be sent to your booking platform for a refund so - please remember to cooperate! 8- The trash can be taken to bins just behind Building 1 or at the opposite extreme end of the complex. 9- Use the outside grill near the pool and eat there if you want to. NO USE of the following: - Grilling at the Apt. porch is not allowed. - Using the Fire pit or fire places inside the Apt. isn't allowed. -Leaving trash at the porch or throwing it any place in the Premises. As hosts, we are reachable through the Airbnb App as long as it before 11pm.Send Airbnb messages or call but don’t sleep on unresolved issues which could have been unknowingly caused! Our team’s goal is so you can have comfortable and restful stays! This Apartment has a co-host, a Professional cleaner and an additional helper-you're well taken care of but Please, COMMUNICATE! Apartment is situated in the Universal neighborhood of Orlando. This area is renowned for its proximity to major attractions, including Universal Studios Florida and the International Drive entertainment district. Residents enjoy easy access to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making it a vibrant and convenient place to live. Assigned Parking Spaces: Each guest is provided an assigned parking space. Parking Pass Required: A parking permit must be displayed on your vehicle at all times while parked. Towing Policy: Vehicles without a visible parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense.
