Guests can easily explore nearby attractions such as Celebration Golf Club, Orange County National Golf Club, Disney Springs, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, all within 20 miles of the property. Bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, the home features a modern open-concept interior with stylish furnishings throughout. Enjoy dinner or a game night in the adjoining dining area before relaxing on the plush sectional in the main living room and watching your favorite shows.
A second living area provides additional comfort and privacy, complete with another sectional and TV. It is an ideal space for children and teenagers, afternoon reading, or guests who simply want a quiet place to unwind. Outside, the screened lanai invites you to cool off in your own private pool or enjoy a peaceful moment in the Florida sunshine. Additional conveniences include central air-conditioning and a private washer and dryer, allowing you to travel comfortably and pack lighter for your stay.

IMPORTANT: An amenity card will be provided at the home for access to resort amenities during your stay. Please keep the card safe and leave it at the property upon departure. Lost or unreturned cards are subject to a $100 replacement fee, which will be the guest's responsibility

Parking: Per resort regulations, a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit are allowed. All vehicles must have a valid parking permit clearly displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit may be ticketed and are subject to towing. Parking on the grass, in fire lanes, or parking unauthorized, abandoned, or inoperable vehicles is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate towing without notice. An EV charging station is available in the nearby Aldi's shopping center.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
