A new adventure from the owners who brought you the solid 5 Star rated Rebel Base 203, we proudly present Delightfully Villainous - an all-new, all villains experience that will surprise any discerning traveling villain with clever details, luxurious finishes, high end quality and lots of humor.

Our EVIL QUEEN'S ROYAL SUITE features a bed so grand, it's fit for a Queen! With it's soaring lighted canopy, adorned in royal purple (of course) and red velvet, the luxury you'll experience is beyond compare. The king sized bed is a sanctuary reserved for our most regal guests. Of course, The QUEEN'S THRONE ROOM is en suite, where you'll find gleaming, gilded appointments suitable for royalty. Why be a princess when you can be a Queen?

HADES' UNDERWORLD is on fire! Blue flames surround you in lavish luxury and will delight every minion who crosses the threshold. Blue flame lighting brings the journey to life. The queen bed features custom lighting and is a sight to behold. No Pain or Panic here...just a lot of fabulous. Ba-Boom!

MALEFICENT'S LAIR will surprise and delight your youngest beasties with lighted brambles, triple low bunk beds, game system and a spectacular view of the Windsor Hills water park! It's the perfect place for kids to relax, rest and recover from a day of high adventure, because after all - a certain darkness is needed to see the stars.

URSULA'S SPA is shared by all Poor Unfortunates Souls in the LAIR and UNDERWORLD, featuring our favorite evil Sea Witch.

Delightfully Villainous' premier location overlooking the Windsor Hills lake provides breathtaking views, as well as a peaceful and serene setting - perfect for winding down after an exciting day exploring everything cool in the Orlando area. Magnificent sunsets will amaze you in the evenings from the balcony, and you won't find a more relaxing spot for your morning coffee. You'll have a front row seat to lots of wildlife, and you may even spot our resident alligator in the lake!

It's on the second floor, so not many stairs to climb (elevator available for rolling guests & hauling luggage) and you won't have pedestrians looking in the windows as they walk by.

We had an amazing stay here. The condo was so comfortable, clean and roomy. The location and amenities were great. The decor was very well thought-out and our kids loved every little detail. The host was fantastic and we would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you!

There aren’t enough words to explain…

…how much we love the accommodations. We’re biased. We’ve stayed in both of the themed condos and we love them both. Michelle and Sean have truly become family to us. We have stayed at their properties three times and would go back again and again. The love and commitment they put into this endeavor is obvious at first glance. The most important part for us is how outstanding they are as people, not just owners. Communication is top notch. Anything they can do, they’re there. This couple is so excited to share the experience and adventure with all who book with them. It’s magical. You have to experience it to really understand. 5 stars is truly not enough. Michelle and Sean, we thank you so much for each amazing adventure. I know it won’t be long until we need to make a trip back to our favorite place(s).
