Clean ,safe area , quiet , only concern were the mattresses in guest rooms , update vacuum , fix pool heater. Manager and owner were quick to reply to any concerns .WE ARE RENTING AGAIN !

Wonderful home
We enjoyed having the home to stay at, no issues other than a malfunction with pool heater so we couldn’t swim at all. I loved having the big tub and shower! It was about 30 minutes to universal and 40 to Disney so nice location!

Clean & quiet with South facing pool! This was perfect for me
I've stayed in a lot of vrbo rentals in the Davenport area over the years. It is always a relief to show up at a rental and feel good about it. This rental was in a very quiet established residential neighborhood. The place was pristine clean and I was thrilled to see that the backyard faces south for sun by the pool all day long. The pool water was sparkling. Some people pick a rental based on decorating in the pictures. I look at infrastructure which is sometimes hard to tell in pics. This place has things like good quality mattresses, well equipped kitchen, awesome washer/dryer, great hot water, & great pool filter. The price was fair and I would definitely rent here again.

Lovely rental

Property was ideally located around 25 mins from Disney. Everything clean and working. Owners were a pleasure to deal with prior to the trip. House is in a nice neighbourhood. Would recommend and will use again.

Lovely villa near Disney in Orlando
We had a great time in Orlando going to the Disney and Universal theme parks as well as a visit to Kennedy Space centre. The villa was spotless when we arrived and had all the necessary amenities. There was also items such as stroller and high chair available if you had small children. All in all I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Orlando as it is close to all the major attractions and is situated in a quite and pleasant area.

The house was ok but the are a lot of ants in the bathroom and my daughters had to use our bathroom
We had a bad experience because there were ants 🐜 everywhere and there were electrical problems around the house and when we tried to contact property management they didn’t even attempt to fix the electrical issues and took the grill. We also found bugs and roaches in the guest bathroom when we were Trying to clean. There is definitely a need of pest control. The guest bedroom didn’t have air conditioning so it was really hot. In both bathrooms where the air conditioning came from there was a bunch of mold. And in the kids bedroom in the closets there dirt. I would definitely never come back I rather stay in a hotel this was the worst experience ever I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Perfect family vacation home

This house is out dated from the 70s wasn’t clean I had to wash all the dishes in the cabinet but the worse part was all the ants everywhere in the house ants on counters and the stove while your trying to cook ants was in the room I was staying at ants crawling on me while I was sleeping and waking up to ant bites I told the owner and she said this was normal in Florida yes there’s ants that come in ur house but if u treat them and take care of the situation it won’t be as bad . The ant problem was really bad the owner never compensated me at all never moved me to another house nor gave me nothing in return she’s in another country and the person she has running the house is not doing a good job the pool area all the screens are broken so bees flys bugs snakes all in the pool I couldn’t enjoy my stay . The owner needs to address this cause I paid too much money to get that treatment I wasn’t satisfied at all .

Great House for a family!
We had a great time staying at this house. We were doing Disney and Universal Parks so it was a great place to stay and be able to come back and use the pool when we got back late. Only had a problem with some small bugs that were like ants in the kitchen. You can’t leave ANY food out if the container will not seal. We had a box of Cinnabons and they were all over them by morning. After that we didn’t have anything they could get into but did see them occasionally. The house was clean and we had a great time!

Overall good experience
Overall we had a really good time at this property. The pool was nice, bedrooms were fresh, good relaxing spot. The downfalls were small tiny microscopic bugs came out of nowhere on countertops, AC went out last night we were there, and the washer didn’t work (had to wash clothes at laundry mat). Overall though would recommend for the price and location of house. Would rent again!

Good but needs updated
When we first arrived they still had a worker there cleaning the pool area, when he was done hosing off the deck furniture it left bugs in the pool. We ended up going to do a few things until they were able to finish and finally got in the house around 5:30-6:00. Both tubs were dirty with stuff in the bottom but was an easy clean the shower in the second bathroom couldn’t be used because as soon as we turned that shower on the shower head broke. A lady from the property place who was extremely nice stopped over the next morning to bring a 60.00 gift card over for getting in the house late (which absolutely wasn’t necessary and only had $15.00on it) we let them know about the shower head but no one came to fix it so we were unable to use that shower the whole week. The air oh the air! It was set on 76 and had a note on it to not change it cause it will freeze up. 76 is to warm inside a house. The one bedroom window would not lock due to the locks being broken. Last there were little tiny bugs all over the counters upon arrival and no matter what we used could not keep them away and wasp nest all around the front of the house. House really is a nice house just needs an update.

The only problem we had was we couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was dirty.
This house was great! Would stay here again and again. The pool definitely needs to stay clean. The washer is on its last leg. The dishwasher is on its last leg. But other than that amazing house!!! Great quiet neighborhood!!!! Loved our stay! Except for the pool!

Check in process and cleanliness
The code provided by VRBO to get in the day of check in is not that same as code in house rules. Was not able to enter property until 1:00am. The phone number to contact owner is not correct in VRBO app. The home was not clean and not well maintained. There is a family of raccoons living between roof edge and the top of pool screen. Pool maintenance equipment is infested with a wasp's nest.

Great Home to Rent for a Disney Vacation.

Great location
An ideal location for us with easy access to both the I4 and 192/Disney. Supermarket and a choice of restaurants within a few minutes drive. The property was a little tired/worn in places, but clean and tidy, with everything supplied. We would happily stay there again.

Good Job!
Me and my family stayed there and they had all utensils and everything that you would need for a vacation. The location was also nice and close to most stores and even a bar. The beaches were a little distance but still ok for the location. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will be booking again and very soon!

Very accommodating and comfy
My family enjoyed staying in this home. They had everything we needed to be able to cook meals instead of eating out. The house was just Very peaceful overall. The pool however was a little smaller than expected but was perfect for us and suitable for small families. I would definitely stay in this home again if it is available next year when we come back down to florida from ohio. Thanks for allowing our family to stay here!

Good price/quality ratio
We have enjoyed our stay at this villa well furnished in dishes, linens, blankets, etc. The villa was clean but a little painting here and there would be a +. We would probably go back in the future.

Quiet, cozy and close to everything!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay we stayed for the Holidays 12/21/18 thru 1/2/19. The place is clean, I did notice some tiny ants when I arrived but once I wiped the area where I saw them down with a wipe they disappeared. We would definitely stay again!

Great accommodation for the price

I think the house was lovely, the only problem we faced was one of the showers hot water went off in the middle of our stay besides that the location was great and the house was clean. It came with a fully stocked kitchen, towels and lots of extra sheets. There’s a functioning washer and dryer and they provided a baby play pen and bassinet! ‘‘Twas wonderful just i wish both showers had hot water

Great house!
Really enjoyed our stay. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need! The only issue we had was the one bathroom only had luke warm shower water. Other than that we loved everything about the house! Owners were great. Price was perfect and house was clean!

Not happy with the cleanliness
Once I opened the front door the house was invested with flies. Dishwasher dishes wete not put away had to do myself. Garage full of maggots and flies in every corner. Pool had a green bottom and trash was filled to the top with hundreds of flies even though trash day was the day before I came. Beautiful home but not sanitary.

Dear Chandra. We are very surprise to not had recieve any alert from you at your arrival. Our property manager, a professional compagny in Florida, can be joined at any time, any day. Please do not wait end of your stay to claim and ask money, we can not go back if our property manager doesn't see the problem. Cleaning is our top priority and we have never had alert because our local property manager is at any time available for our guests.

Cozy Home
My family and I needed a place to stay near Orlando for my daughter's volleyball nationals . I ran across this cute little house with a private pool. Well needless to say we were not disappointed . Wonderful for my family and I!
The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood and just as the pictures show, with the exception of a few decor changes. There was an issue with the master bedroom toilet and the pool needed to be cleaned, but once I contacted the property manager booth issues were fixed. The home is in a great location, which made for good trips to Disney, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Tampa. If I could change anything it would probably be the choice of bed linen because it can be very hot and adding a TV to the 3rd bedroom where the double beds are. Other than that I truly have no complaints and would definitely stay at this location again! Although not on site the owners Herve and Isabella are great with responding to messages in a timely manner and addressing any issues or concerns that you may have.

In need of a refurbishment old and worn out
No alarms on pool doors. Pool chairs dirty,well past its best lani dirty and cracked, ants,. Carpet shrunk exposing gripper between rooms stabbing your feet. Double bed has a spring mattress which is has little or no padding.Nylon linen. Marked walls and doors, pet hairs on sofas, Side of the villa used a a trash point for old screens worn out pool covers cardboard boxes.

The house is in a good condition and well located, with most of what you need for the staying. Only thing that I’ll will suggest will be a different kind of bed sheets. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

It was just ok
The house was nice in all but after we checked in and read the book that was there we noticed that the wifi password was not in the book and no one answered the phone. So we emailed the owners and had to wait a couple hours for the response. The toiletries were minimal and we had to go out and buy toilet paper, wash rags to shower, paper towels, and also trash bags since the only ones they had there was one in the can and one extra. We did love the layout of the house and all it did have to offer. The pool was extremely nice to come home to every night and take the heat of the day off us. Like I said, it was just ok but it was worth the money we paid for it. Just wished we didn't have to go out and buy the "necessary" things we had to
