Had a very enjoyable stay at your house.perfect location, lovely neighborhood. The house is very roomy and the pool is an added attraction. The pool deck could do with a power wash, and the grout in the bathrooms need a good scrubbing. Shower curtain liners showed some mold, suggest replacing them a couple of times a year.

Everything was great. Missing a few of the basic cleaning products ( toilet bowl brush etc ) we kept the area clean and also cleaned the garage and BBQ A very nice home

Very good place to stay.
The process to rent, to enter and to leave was very easy. Excellent location, very comfortable and with a private pool. We had a great time. We definitely stay at this property again and recommend it.

Great home in great location
Lovely , older home ( photos don’t do it justice). Lots of space , 3 adults lived comfortably . The outside pool door alarm is very frustrating and weather was very chilly for a few days … should of got pool heated… hindsight is always great! TVs could do with being modernised… being from uk the system gets a bit confusing. Walmart is definitely a short walk away and that was very handy. All the parks are within 1/2 hour so that was amazing too.

Lovely property have stayed here on a number of occasions and always had a great time. The owner is very adaptable to needs and will meet them if possible. I would recommend this villa especially if not driving as it is only a 10 minute walk to a large Walmart, an Aldi and a number of eateries. Pool is a nice size for a family group

Great house for a family trip
Overall it’s exactly what we’re looking. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. And has the basic ammenities needed. The street was quiet and the area felt very safe. Furniture was all well Maintained with comfortable beds. TVs are small and the living room tv is going slowly. But tonnes of channels To choose from if you’re looking to just chill. This wasn’t a big deal for us as we were in Florida to tour and go to parks. But it was nice to watch a little TV in the evening when we got home The pool person came regularly and the pool was a lot of fun for our child. We didn’t have the heat on. But in hind sight I would have. The days the pool felt great. In the Evening it was cool. So if you are going Oct on I would recommend adding it on for sure. Location was good for Disney we were there in under 20 every day. Universal a bit further. But we knew that going in. The world’s busiest Walmart is conveniently around the corner (go early day to avoid the crowds) and there are plenty of places to go out for dinner in close proximity. A couple blocks away there are a few themed dinner places also. The only complaint we had was the house could really use a deep clean. I think the cleaners are in and out in less than an hour not taking care in the corners/wiping walls and door handles and ceiling fans. We would stay again if the house had a little more care in the cleaning department.

Great house with responsive host
This was a nice house in a great neighborhood. It was clean & well furnished. The sliding door out to the pool has an alarm on it, that we were not familiar with, so that caught us off guard right away. It was 1/2 hr to Universal with some pretty heavy traffic most of the time, but it was doable. Overall, it was a GREAT stay!!

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The pool was beautiful. The house was in a wonderful neighborhood and conveniently located to parks,shows,restaurants and shopping. And about an hour from the airport. You should know there is a door alarm on sliding glass door to pool. You have to push button on right side of the door inside and out to pause it. TVs are small and there are only two. The garage door is manual. None of these things hindered our enjoyment. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Place
House clean, well equipped and comfortable beds. Owner and Manager responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Did not pre book pool heating as expected it to be warm for beginning of May however after a conversation with manager, George and an email to the owner Zakir pool heating switched on a couple of hours later. Pool really warm for remainder of our stay. A couple of lights that were not working were also fixed at same time. Highly recommend the property.

Poor accommodation good pool
I have booked with VRBO numerous times and really can't believe this is on their site. On the plus side its roomy, was clean and pool was lovely. Walking distance to Walmart and about 10 min drive from old town. Now negative. Outside light not working, 2 bedroom lights can only be switched on if you stand on the bed, furniture old dated. Washing machine broken, tv in lounge very small and only 1 bedroom had a small tv ..... standing propped up on a broken leg, basic supply only if towels, one bedroom wardrobe door broken off and leaning against the wall. Its a shame if ut had about £10,000 spent on it it could be really nice. After 3 days got a refund from owner who was very nice

Hi Caroline, Many thanks for your review. As you have stated, the Villa was roomy, clean and the pool was lovely. It is also situated in an ideal location for the Disney Parks, local shops and restaurants. Which I am sure you and your family benefitted from. It was a shame that you stayed for 3 full nights and demanded a full refund. However we did oblige and we did not delay the refund to you. 1. Outside light - it was a simple bulb replacement. Which was working when the Villa was cleaned prior to your arrival. 2. Bedroom lights are turned on and off via the wall switches. The chain pulley above the Bed was for the fan and light. 3. The furniture is in good condition, we apologise if it was not to your liking. You have the opportunity to see pictures of the Villa (including the furniture) on the VRBO website prior to booking your stay. 4. Washing machine was working prior to your arrival. This was confirmed to me by the management agents. You informed us on Easter Sunday and a technician arrived on Easter Monday to try and fix it. A same-day call out would have been possible had it not been a Sunday. We also got a brand new washing machine ordered and put in by Friday. You were informed of this also. 5. No previous guest has ever complained about the size of the TVs. The broken TV stand is a concern for us. Many thanks for your feedback. Your points regarding the TVs have been noted. 6. No previous guest have had any issues with the towels we provide. Your point is noted. 7. The broken wardrobe door was most probably done by someone previously visiting the Villa. It was a concern for us when you initially mentioned it. Now been fixed.

Awesome Time!
It was a great house and nice and close to major things to do in Florida. Had all the essentials you would need to stay in Florida. The house was nice and clean. My kids loved the house and pool. Would definitely try and book here again if its not booked up. Everyone was really nice in the neighbourhood as well.

Nice break from winter cold!
Nice property well maintained. Close to everything you .ight like to see in the Orlando area. Walmart and Aldi supermarkets are very convenient. We'd paid a little extra to have the pool heated and we found it very comfortable even on a couple of cooler days. The kitchen had the essentials but could have had a few more essentials. It's adequate. The traffic on the main route can be a bear, but that goes with being in the middle of it all.

Perfect place for an Orlando vacay!
Nice 3 bedroom home just off the 192 makes it easy to get to all attractions in the area. Having the pool in the back made our "down" days super relaxing. Hope to come back soon!

Excellent property in a great location
We had an excellent stay at this property. We have visited the area many times, so knew we would be close to many restaurants, shops and amenities. Zakir is an excellent host, the property was perfect for our stay and great communication ensured we had no problems on arrival. The villa has all the facilities required. It is conveniently located close to a Walmart store in a quiet and pleasant development. I would have no hesitation in booking this villa once again for our next visit.

Everything went well. Nice community., near everything with a few minutes drive. The stove burners need repair. A/C in m/br not working. Had to leave door open. Other than that all else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing!
The location of the home is literally around everything and behind Walmart. The house itself is beautiful and cozy. Very clean and well maintained. I like to wash my dishes by hand and if you do as well just go to dollar tree and get a sponge and dish liquid soap and you’ll be good. I will definitely stay here again I loved it.

Everything was clean and ready for us. Good location for all the parks and shopping. Well equipped with all the basics. The beds are firm. If you like a softer mattress you may want to plan for that. Overall in good condition and would stay again.

Perfect place
We stayed for a week at this house. It was clean and well maintained. The pool is small but perfect to float or dip to cool off. It is a great location just minutes from Walmart. Disney and Universal are 20 and 30 minutes away. Daytona is just over an hour drive. We called the management company to attend to some burnt out lights and broken bed frame. They came on Monday and fixed the lights and tried to fix the bed frame. The frame was bent and had previously been "fixed" with zip ties. It took 4 nights of sleeping on a broken bed before they brought a new frame and got two repair people out to our property to replace it. After 2 nights of the center of the bed collapsing we put the box spring and matress on the floor.

Needs much better management
It is obvious the owner has not been to his home in quite some time. The group thats rents it for him --HMC Homestead Management Central is not doing their job. The home is not clean. rusted sinks. greasy tile floors. long black hair everywhere. Couch worn out and dirty. Mattress were good. No working pool or pool heat. Pool did not work and was not fixed the entire 7 days of my stay. I was given no type of credit for this when I requested it from the owner. Pool has 4 other pools within 10 feet of it- no privacy. The neighbors have trained their 3 dogs to poop within 1 foot of the pool and they dont clean it up!!! 2 other very large dogs barking a lot. So that made it hard to enjoy laying in the sun by the pool that DOES NOT WORK...Neighbor has an awesome mustang with really loud mufflers from 4am to 7 am every morning. But a great location! Property is very worn.

Good things come in small packages
A few years ago, this house got a bad rap. I can assure you that is not the case now. It is a lovely, clean spacious home with a beautiful pool in the back area. I stayed with my family for a week and enjoyed it thoroughly. We sat in the back in a screened in yard with a nice pool. The owner was very responsive to any need or concerns. The living space is very open although not fully open allowing some privacy. The beds were soft and bathrooms clean and nice. Our master bathroom had a wet tub with a water closet. You have access to a washing machine and dryer for all your needs. I was favorably impressed by all the amenities and facilities. All in the middle of Kissimmee where all the action is. Pretty good deal.

Alright for a stay
The house is located in a nice area with different stores very close by. If you dont expect to much, the place is alright, but a little worn out - some maintance and some Update would be needed. The house was almost clean, just inside the kitchen cabinets and under the beds where not cleanen. The owner was nice and communication was easy.
