"Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, she stepped in when we were ignored by the bartender and were about to leave. The room was spacious and mostly very clean except for a lot of mould at the bottom of the shower screen, also if you have a bath in the room please provide something to put in it, the shower gel was attached to wall making it impossible to get a bubble in the bath. Location was excellent"

"Positives- good communication and good quality of information about check in, access and parking. Great location with easy walking access to riverside and city centre. Effective plug in fan (no air conditioning). Downsides - poor shower (useless showerhead and water over floor). Noisy, could hear traffic even with window closed overnight. Had to have the fan on most of the time as room was hot."
