Le propriétaire était difficilement joignable. Les clefs n’étaient pas disponibles à 16h mais à 18h30 et nous avons été prévenus à 16h05 de cela. Le ménage n’était clairement pas effectué à notre arrivée. Les taies d’oreillers étaient sales et installées à l’envers. Les tables de chevet sont des morceaux de bois calés entre sommier et matelas, elles ne tiennent donc pas du tout. Nous avons trouvés des moutons sous le lit. La douche et les WC étaient sales. Pas de papier toilettes à l’arrivée… pas de dédommagement dû au retard de la préparation (non faite) de l’appartement…Seul point positif l’emplacement et le parking privatisé…

Petit studio très calme car fenêtre sur cour . Bon emplacement, pratique : près d'un arrêt de Tram pour visiter la ville. Petit bémol : Il manque des porte-manteaux et une séparation entre la salle de bain et le lit . Hôte accueillant.

L'hôte ne répond à AUCUNE question. Le linge de lit est douteux. Oreillers sales. Une porte ou un rideau pourrait isoler la cuvette des WC de la salle commune. Les voisins de cet étage font un vacarme TOUTES les nuits jusqu'à 3 h . Isolation nulle.
