Lovely home in Carlux

This spacious holiday home, with two houses connected by a common entrance, sits in the scenic Dordogne countryside. The first house, around 120 m², features a kitchen, living area, and bedrooms with ensuite facilities. The second house, approximately 180 m², includes a spacious kitchen, living area, dining space, and several bedrooms with shared bathrooms.

Outside, the property offers parking outdoor games for children, and a paved terrace at the front of the house with ample seating and a barbecue. At the rear, there's a heated swimming pool with a large dome, a paved terrace with outdoor furniture, deckchairs, and an outdoor solar shower. Additionally, the property boasts vegetated and flowered areas with a pleasant view of a walnut grove.

The property is located in the countryside but not secluded, at about 3 km from Carlux with a seasonal open air restaurant and organic vegetable and meat sold by a local farmer.
