With over 3,000sf to enjoy, make some memories at this family-friendly home that's nestled between the river and the beach. Families get to enjoy a pool table, a custom made bar, infrared sauna and a beautiful courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and brick oven fireplace. The beach walkway is less than a 9 minute walk and with plenty of parking for your toys - a boat ramp that is less than 2 miles away. The location and charm of this home is all set to ensure vacation success! Pet fee $150.

Guest enjoy all the main house property and grounds. No access to detached mother-in-law suite where owner/family occasionally stays.
