"We had the oceanfront deluxe balcony for four adults, which was perfect liked the sliding door that could separate the two areas however, I would say the biggest problem was the staff at the front desk. We separately all engaged with three different staff members-maybe because it was bike week they were tired, but so were we and they were not welcoming or very friendly or accommodating. An example was we arrived about an hour prior to check-in and asked if that we could just leave our duffel bags from our motorcycles in an area out of the way until our room was ready. You would’ve thought we were asking to put them in a bank vault. Those properties have some sort of an area where you can at least put your luggage or whatever temporarily. We even saw some other guests being asked to move their car from the front lobby area when their wives were trying to check in and the way that the front desk spoke to the guest was very rude. I would say the hotel is in a great location although we didn’t use it. It looks like a great pool area. It appeared all the restaurants were closed. "
