My family and I had an amazing time at the property! We loved waking up to stunning sunrises from the ocean-view balcony every morning. The condo was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also made the most of the pool and beach. The host was responsive, kind, and ensured the condo had everything a guest needed. Perfect Ocean Front Condo

Fantastic location, walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Easy check-in, everything we needed was all listed out for us (places to go and see). The condo is beautiful and it looks just like the photos in the ad. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Spectacular ocean front view! The unit was clean and the description is accurate. Our host is an excellent communicator, which we really appreciate. It is also walking distance to Publix a Dollar Store and great breakfast spot. We would not hesitate to rebook. Oddly there is a go between called “Evolve”. Getting an invoice from them was a bit confusing.

Perfect Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and it truly lives up to the positive reviews received! We were impressed from the minute we walked in. The decor is beautiful and welcoming, the furniture and beds are comfy, and the condo is very clean. The view from this corner unit was amazing and we loved the extra windows. We enjoyed both the ocean and the pool. Even though the condo had everything we needed for a perfect beach stay, we were grateful for Amanda’s responsiveness. She is a wonderful host and we look forward to returning in the future.

This was the best condo we have stayed in. It was modern, clean and well maintained. The kitchen not only had everything you would want but everything was good quality. Bathrooms were great! Beds were comfortable. The view was fantastic. The building was secure and included remote access underground parking. The owner was responsive both before, during and after out stay. We will be back.

Lovely Ocean Front Condo

My week long stay was fantastic. The condo was everything the pictures promised, extremely well stocked, and clean as a whistle. The owner is as nice and friendly as she can be, which only enhanced the stay. The condo is an end unit, so it lends to privacy. When it was redone, you can tell little to no expense was spared. The kitchen has everything you’d need for either a short or long stay, the bathrooms are nicely done and the furniture is top notch. Simply put, this is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed and the host is fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone considering visiting!

Anything you want and need! Felt very pampered! First time staying North of Daytona since last years storm, beach was different, no restroom near pool. Didn’t like having to go to first floor then to parking lot, then to pool/beach. Should have access from parking garage. The parking garage could use updated lighting! You will enjoy this beautiful unit, quiet, relaxing place for your love of the beach!

My family of 5 had a wonderful time in this condo. Be ready when you pull in— the building is old! You’re going to think you might have the wrong address. Ha! But once you enter 305 you know you’re in the right place. So clean and up to date. Perfectly appointed with great kitchen items and appliances, beautiful decor and finishes, and the best showers! And the views!! Great dolphin watching! The owner has to be a first born perfectionist daughter— takes one to know one. :) This place was up to my high standards of clean. The couple tiny things I noticed needed attention I shared with the owner and she was positive and responsive about handling. We will stay here again! I wish we had known a few things. 1) the beach is only accessible from one gate. And there are no community restrooms or back entrance. You’re in and out the front door every time and hiking all the way back up when someone needs a bathroom break. 2) There are technically two fold out beds- one in each couch. However the way the room is setup, you can only use one at a time. This ended up working fine for us and my preteen boys just adapted to sharing a bed for the week!

⭐️Comfortable, Luxurious Oceanfront Haven

Amanda's Seawinds condo, Unit #305, is an impeccably CLEAN, nicely appointed, nautical themed, 3rd floor, corner OCEANFRONT HAVEN offering panoramic ocean views, and direct beach access, in a QUIET building. I basked in COMFORTING LUXURY amid PICTURESQUE SERENITY. Claiming unit #305 is well stocked is a gross understatement, as it is STOCKED BEYOND BELIEF!!! I counted at least 3 coffee makers and perhaps as many blenders. Staple cooking ingredients, several dishware and glassware sets, plus every cooking utensil and kitchen appliance one might want, were furnished--in good, clean condition--just like at home. The 3 HD smart TVs, remote controls, plumbing, washer, dryer, other appliances, etc. were all clean and operable, besides greatly appreciated. And all furniture and bedding was comfortable. So much so, that I dozed off on a sofa for two (2) nights out of five (5), instead of nestling in the voluptuous king-size bed. I found ample above ground parking spots daily, and the assigned parking spot very conveniently located; but recommend better lighting in the underground garage. AMANDA, the owner, is as charming as she is conscientious; texted warm greetings; and ensured that our check in, privacy, safety, security, furnishings, information packets and overall lodging experience were all TOPNOTCH. My friend and I look forward to visiting as often as we can. Regretfully, I find nowhere to upload the POSTCARD PERFECT, OCEANIC SUNRISES I photograhed from the balcony.

Loved staying here! The location is very good, near the supermarket and good restaurants, but feels amazingly quiet and beautiful looking out to sea. Corner location of the unit means unobstructed views to the north. We enjoyed watching for dolphins and also the amazing sunrises! The unit is newly renovated with a great kitchen and two modern bathrooms. Nice furniture, everything very clean and shipshape. Owner very communicative. Will definitely return!
