Ormond Beach

I got there a little early and they were able to get me right into my room. The room was perfectly clean! The bed was very comfortable and the A/C was amazing (it was like 100° outside) and kept my room nice and cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that area

Check-in was quick and easy. Afterward, we were directed to guest services to pick up our parking pass and were encouraged to attend a two-hour timeshare presentation. While the staff was polite, the sales pitch was a little annoying, so we declined. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen had a mix of newer and older appliances, but everything worked well. The only major downside was the bed, which was very uncomfortable. My husband and I did not sleep well during our stay. The resort had great amenities, and we liked that each building had its own pool and splash pad. However, many of the other amenities were spread across the property, requiring a walk or drive. We were also disappointed that some activities required an additional fee despite paying a resort fee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was quiet, clean, and felt very secure. Our kids loved the pool near our building. With more comfortable beds and fewer extra charges, our experience would have been even better.
