"Love the whole place. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was very clean. I was a little disappointed in the food at session’s restaurant. It was mid at best. Wasn’t able to use the pool facilities as there was a bomb cyclone at the time. But that’s a Mother Nature thing and not a Hard Rock thing. Came home with a doozy of a cold. I would definitely recommend this hotel though. The pros definitely outweigh the very few cons "

"Crystal at the front desk made this a five star experience. She is kind, compassionate, and has excellent customer service skills. The ocean view room with jacuzzi tub was perfect for one of the coldest days in decades in Florida. The free breakfast was filling and offered a nice variety of cooked food as well as cereal and fruit. You can’t beat the location, price and customer care."
