"My husband and I had our kids and grandkids stay at this property and nobody wanted to leave after a week. It was clean, the location was absolutely amazing and the layout of the home was fantastic. When I had a question they quickly responded and handled the minor issue right away. 10/10"

"Ocean view is beautiful if you don't have neighbors at the place between this place and the ocean. Neighbors will leave outdoor lights on all night and park blocking all window views for rest of stay. We made use of our garage access and parked inside, vehicle was safe inside during rough weather.Home was clean if you don't have a problem vacuuming up ants at least 2x a day. Main ant issues were by big front window and in closet of main bedroom. Easy small vacuum battery was dead with no charger in sight. Had to use big bulky thing. 2x a day, everyday.Home is complete with everything you need for stay, we definitely over packed.Beach was beautiful and generally quiet with easy access to enjoy."

"House was clean, location was great. The kids loved the sand area. The weather wasn’t ideal while we were there but the sand area kept the kids entertained, especially finding sharks teeth and shells throughout. They loved the kid cave also. 10/10 recommend and would visit again. Easy walk across the street for breakfast at Dunkin or for a snack at the 7/11. Host was responsive to questions we had. Easy check in/out. And the Hot tub was a plus with the chilly weather. "

"I have stayed in the complex a few times but this was the first time in this unit. It has easy pool access in a quiet residential area. Hosts were kind and quickly responded when we had an inquiry. They left a great binder filled with local recommendations. I recommend this listing!"

"This property is extremely misleading. It's a remolding in progress that is not told until you arrive. There was no Roku box which the host tried to charge us & then said they found fifty pillows and then accused us of having a cat ( we don't)& the cat supposed have went on pillow. She couldn't keep her lies straight ( documented) It wreaks of cigarettes and dog . Also lamp broken hanging over kitchen table came with a warning note! We tried to work with this host only to be lied to & about. This host lives there when not renting. She is completely untrustworthy. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CON ! "

"The house was spacious but the furniture very used. The lock key pads never worked and we had to be trading keys all weekend. Pool was very dirty even after the weekly service. The floor of the pool needed to be cleaned and the surface had many items not skimming off. It was very loud with the busy road in front at night but the main noise was a gurgling all day/night from the pool equipment. We could all hear it throughout the house. It was wonderful being across the street from the beach and just down the street from our family we were visiting. We thought the price was a lot for the value/condition of the house. "
