"My wife and I stayed for a week. The house was exactly what we expected/the perfect size for us. It was clean at check in and the host was always very quick to respond. It is a short walk to the beach, as well as a short drive to some great local restaurant’s/other beaches(i.e. Daytona/Flagler). Our dog loved playing in the back fenced in yard."

"This was the 3rd year for my daughter, granddaughter and me, on our little weekend away together, staying at this same building in Ormond Beach. This year we chose a different unit and were so happy we did!! As the description states, it’s newly renovated. Beautifully done, just like the pictures. Everything was clean and lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked, The living room has very comfortable sofas and a comfy swivel chair. Bedrooms are also comfortable and quiet. Bathroom has plenty of towels, hair products & shower gel. There are also beach towels that we were very thankful for-we forgot to bring our own. I have no complaints or criticisms. Communication with Michelle was always excellent. We were a 3 minute walk to the beach and because of the location, it’s pretty private. There is public parking further north and lots of activity. If you are looking for a peaceful, more private setting this is for you! The city or county has done a wonderful job restoring the beach & access to it from storm damage / erosion that was evident the past 2 years. We don’t get out once the car is parked - we bring food or order in, so I can’t talk about the night life! Also, there are several owners of other units in the building that we have gotten to know over the last visits. Everyone is wonderful and friendly. Time passes too quickly here, so savor every minute! We will be back!"
