The complex, consisting of independent flats furnished in authentic Sardinian style and equipped with all comforts, is distinguished by its spacious and cosy rooms.
The swimming pool is located at the Hotel Maria Rosaria, 350 metres away.

The cleaning of the kitchenette and the disposal of waste are the responsibility of the guest. A penalty of €60.00 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette and/or to dispose of the waste. Please note that separate waste collection is carried out in this complex, and waste must be placed in the appropriate containers..
