Wir waren knapp eine Woche mit unseren Kindern in der 'Villa Francesco P Terra'. Alle haben es genossen. Alle Zimmer waren sauber, kühl und geräumig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Die Terrasse läd zum Essen und verweilen ein. Ansonsten hat das Grundstück nicht viel zu bieten. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt: in wenigen Minuten gelangt man zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und tollen Stränden. Salvatore war ein hervorrangender Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Einziges Manko: die Küche war zwar mit den nötigen Utensilien bestückt, allerdings fehlte es jeglichen Putz- und Reinigungshilfen, sowie der Grundausstattung an Zucker, Salz, Spülmittel etc. Wir hatten den Eindruck, man möchte eigentlich nicht, dass gekocht wird.

Moment magique et paradisiaque

Pros: Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette chouette petite maison,le temps de s habitué à son mode de fonctionnement! Nous recommandons fortement ce petit coin de tranquillité proche des magnifiques plages(une très belle à 800m...)a quelques kms et surtout proche des plages paradisiaques d Oresei!! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire des lieux!une personne bien sérieuse et professionnelle qui tiens une maison très agréable et très propre!

Wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem zentral

Pros: Idyllisches Haus mit schönem Garten und großer Terrasse. Die schönen Stränden in der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus nahe Orosei

Jede der beiden Wohnungen im zweigeschossigen Haus hat ein eigenes, durch einen Zaun abgetrenntes Gelände mit Olivenbäumen, blühendem Oleander und für uns jeden Morgen frische Feigen vom Baum! Schön ist die geflieste und überdachte Terrasse mit großem Holztisch (und Waschmaschine). Im Inneren der Wohnung gibt es einen großen Wohnbereich mit Kochecke. Alle wichtigen Kochutensilien sind in gutem Zustand. Wir haben viel selbst gekocht, was sich bei den guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (mit dem Auto 5 Minuten) anbietet. Es gibt ein kleines Bad und 2 Schlafzimmer - ein "Elternschlafzimmer" mit Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelstockbett und einem Einzelbett. Alle Fenster sind mit Mosquito-Netzen versehen. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es jeweils einen Standventilator. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Die nächsten, schönen Strände nördlich sind in etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, der schöne Strand von Marina di Orosei, wo es Bar und Restaurant gibt und der Ort nicht weit ist, ist ca.9 km entfernt. Das Haus ist nicht einfach zu finden, wenn man es nicht kennt. Salvatore hat uns mit seinem Auto an der Straße abgeholt. Er war während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit über Whatsapp erreichbar. Salvatore war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Smartphone half bei der Kommunikation. Liest sich alles sehr positiv und schön. War es auch! Schade ist eigentlich nur, dass es kein WLAN und nur schwachen Handy-Empfang gibt. Wir würden sicher gern wieder kommen. Gracie mille, Salvatore.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Sardinien und in der Unterkunft war ganz fantastisch Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, sehr unkompliziert und auf sehr positive Art zurückhaltend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiornato a casa del signor Mario e figlia Stefania x 11 notti. La casa si trova immersa nel verde, ma comoda alla spiaggia, quella più vicino dista 3min in auto. Casa pulita, fresca, e con tutto il necessario. Noi ce ne siamo innamorati all'istante! Stefania e Mario gentilissimoi e molto disponibili. Top! Speriamo di poterci tornare il prossimo anno.

Sauber; viel Platz; Ruhig; gut gelegen

Die Wohnung ist in angenehm kurzer, aber nicht fußläufiger Entfernung zum nächsten Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bar, Restaurant, Eis, Schlachter, etc) und der erste von vielen schönen Stränden ist auch nur 3 Autominuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist im kompletten Erdgeschoss und sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einige sehr schöne alte Möbel, nicht wie sonst nur Pressholz. Kalt, wie in einigen anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, ist sie absolut nicht. Klima gibt es nicht, aber dank Mückengitter kann man sehr gut querlüften und das reicht absolut aus. Im Obergeschoss ist eine weitere Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang. Müllentsorgung ist schön einfach geregelt. Kontakt zum Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er macht selbst einen ganz hervorragenden Wein. Das Grundstück hat quasi alleinlage, zwar dicht an der Hauptstraße, aber vom Verkehr bekommt man absolut nichts mit. Auch nicht, wenn man draußen sitzt. Man kommt schnell überall hin. Der Garten ist sehr groß und mit vielen schönen Bäumen, auch mit Früchten (Zitrone, Feige, Olive,..), aber sonst leider trocken. Einerseits schön, wegen Wasser sparen, aber dafür gibt es halt auch keinen Rasen. Auf der großen Terasse kann man entweder in der Sonne oder sehr gut im Schatten sitzen und essen.

Appartamento in bifamiliare molto funzionale e fresco. Ampio giardino con veranda, posizione molto tranquilla e vicina alle spiagge. Proprietario cortese e disponibile. Consigliamo sicuramente l'alloggio.

Villetta assolutamente consigliabile

Abbiamo trascorso qui un piacevolissimo soggiorno di 8 notti a settembre e spero vivamente di ritornarvi. Consiglierei assolutamente questa villetta che è attrezzata di ogni confort e in posizione strategica per le belle spiagge vicine. La descrizione della villetta fornita dal Proprietario è esatta così come l’elenco dei servizi. E' una casa veramente nuova e senza odori! Ma non è stata valorizzata la magnifica veranda antistante la casa – che solo quella valeva le 5 stelline - dove vi è un tavolone su cui abbiamo consumato colazione e cena, dove saremmo stati comunque comodamente se apparecchiato per 10 persone. C’erano anche le sedie sdraio: era bello ritornare alla sera per godersi l’ultimo sole accompagnato dai profumi tipici che si respiravano in giardino. Le fotografie, invece, non rendono a sufficienza quanto sia grazioso e funzionale l’alloggio. E’ vero che si è un po’ isolati, ma il Proprietario ha provveduto a dotarlo di robusta porta d’ingresso e con robuste persiane regolabili dall’interno. Ah, dimenticavo: i letti con reti a doghe e materassi comodissimi, proprio perché si è in vacanza il riposo ha la sua importanza! Il Sig. Mario – attento e discreto - al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino in omaggio sulla tavola, dell’acqua fresca in frigo, la carta scottex, il sapone e la carta igienica: sono quelle piccolissime attenzioni che però fanno piacere. Arrivederci, quindi, speriamo presto! Luisa

Siamo stati benissimo. La casa pulita, accogliente e provvista di tutto, un grande cortile dove i bambini hanno potuto giocare. Il padrone di casa gentile e disponibile. La consigliamo...è comoda se ci sono bambini .

La proprietà è situata in zona tranquilla e riservata ma comunque vicina ai servizi ed alla spiaggia. La casa, sia piano terra che primo piano è molto confortevole ed accogliente, pulita, spaziosa. Ideale per famiglie con bambini che possono godere di un bel giardino recintato, pulito e curato. I proprietari sono persone molto discrete e molto efficienti. Altamente consigliata! Fam. Grossi

"Appartamento confortevole, fresco pur senza aria condizionata, bagno e cucina nuovi, così come la cameretta dei bambini. Utilissime le zanzariere a tutte le finestre! Abbiamo avvertito solo la necessità di un mobiletto in bagno e di un porta sapone nella doccia.In compenso, nel bellissimo giardino,c''è un comodo barbecue che abbiamo veramente sfruttato, così come il bel tavolo per pranzare all''aperto! La casa è molto vicina, sebbene in auto, alle bellissime spiagge della zona ed è tranquilla.Orosei dista comunque nemmeno dieci minuti in auto. Infine i padroni di casa sono presenti e disponibili.Siamo stati veramente bene!"
